Stonewater Roofing is an A+++++++ roofing company that goes the extra step to ensure a quality roof is installed and make customers happy. John Boyd, Stonewaters representative, was a pleasure to work with and made getting my new roof on the house an easy task. He, along with others at Stonewater, went the extra mile to facilitate doing a lot of the paper work for my insurance claim and make things work smoothly. What more could a satisfied customer ask? Even when there was a minor hiccup in the installation process, Stonewater representatives were there Johnny on the spot" to ensure the customer was taken care of in a prompt manner. Each one of the individuals, Jacob Law, John Boyd and others were very professional in handling things and making sure I was a happy customer. Again, what more could a satisfied customer ask? Then there is Filo, the installer. This mans crew got with the program and had the roof installed in 1.5 days. These men never stopped except to take short breaks to catch their breath in very warm weather. This crew was made up of about 6 or 7 individuals and each of them was a very nice fellow who is trying to live the American dream. They all worked well together and I could hear them laughing throughout the day; which indicated to me they were happy with the work environment. Finally, installing a roof is hard brutal work; particularly in hot weather. Lots of folks do not realize how hard it is on these fellows to do a lot of physical labor. When the weather is cool, the job is hard enough. When the temperatures are warm or hot, the job becomes much more physically demanding. I gained a deeper appreciation of these fellows and must take my hat off to them for the difficult conditions they all work under. In summary, you wont go wrong having Stonewater Roofing do your next homes roof. Youll be happy with the job they do for you. There are no complaints coming from this end of the internet. For Stonewater Roofing, A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jacob Law of STONE WATER ROOFING made this nightmare a pleasant dream. Our insurancecompany (Utica) told us one figure that they would pay to have the roof replace and STONE WATER gave us there price to fix the roof and some extras that was associated with the , what the insurance company was willingly to pay and Stone Water charge was a big difference. The insurance company would not budge, they sent over another contractor with out my knowledge to give them a second estimate and it so happen it match the first they receive. What the insurance company did not know my GOD sent STONE ROOFING TO STAND AND FIGHT WITH US. STONE WATER knowledge me about how the to fix a Roof, and how they only have one plan, Jacob said they do not have a 2nd rate plan because they only use the top of the line product. That made me feel good. They stuck with us thru the fight. eventually I had to call in a public adjuster(CURTIS WILSON & ASSOCIATES) to help with issue. I was told by C.W.A., in Tyler they would only work with STONE WATER because they also had to maintain there reputation. long story short. We receive more money from our insurance company six months later, it was not enough and then STONE WATER re looked at there figure and brought there price down some and the the beauty of it all we still receive everything they promise and quality and fast work. that included siding and roof vents and our church loves it. STONE WATER GIVES YOU A 1970 MAKE HAND SHAKE DEAL type of feeling . They stuck to there word even though the insurance company did not show us any Love. thank you JACOB LAW AND THE STONE WATER COMPANY P.S Curtis Wilson and associates also donated a nice amount to our church out of the goodness of there heart.

Stonewater Roofing is hands down the best roofing company in Tyler, TX. Roland came through our neighborhood after the last hailstorm and spoke to me about getting the roof replaced. Roland was extremely knowledgeable about how the process worked and actually made it very simple to understand. Probably the number one reason as to why I chose them is their GAF Master Elite certification. This certification holds roofing companies to higher standards and workmanship than your standard roofing company. Roland also passed along and implemented new City of Tyler code upgrades to the roof that my insurance adjuster missed. Roland and his crew are very professional and were extremely courteous throughout the entire process. I would never consider any other roofing company or recommend any other roofing company other than Stonewater. My neighbor across the street used another roofing company that is supposedly one of the best in Tyler, however I can attest that their roof did not get a chimney cricket, valley metal or GAF Tiger Paw underlayment, and to make matters worse has crooked new shingles. Coming from a very detail oriented and picky person, Stonewater Roofing is the best roofing company out there in my opinion. Sure there are other roofing companies, but personally I like the comfort in knowing that a GAF Master Elite roofing company replaced my roof. Bryan Tyler, TX

Wow! This was the first time my husband and I had to replace a roof, and we were apprehensive to say the least, but the excellent team at Stonewater Roofing made it unbelievably painless. Posted here are some before/after pictures. We had wind and hail damage to our roof, and Stonewater handled everything with the insurance company and gave us great guidance on how the process worked from start to finish. Since the previous roof was installed, the city code had been updated, and they made sure everything meets current code. Look at the difference in how the chimney is now protected! The crew completed the job in one day and left our property even cleaner than they found it! Jacob Law was our main contact and he is fantastic with communication, delivering information that I requested, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. He even called a week later to make sure we were still happy. Great customer service!!! I feel confident that they will honor the warranty and if we have any issues I can count on them. When they tell you all you have to pay is your deductible, they are telling the truth. They work with the insurance company to make sure everything you need to be up to current code is covered. I 900% recommend this company for your roofing needs!

We were ultra impressed from day one. We noticed our next-door neighbors roof was being replaced, and that made me wonder whether my roof needed to be replaced. So, I went and spoke with one of the men who was replacing the roof and he said he would set me up with Jordan to determine whether my race needed to be replaced. I received a call from Jordan that afternoon and he was at my house within a couple of hours to begin talking with me about the process. Then, he handle the appointment with our insurance adjuster, who informed us that are roof had significant hail damage and needed to be replaced. When stone water showed up to replace our roof, they brought a large crew Who completed the replacement of the roof within 24 hours, during which time they rolled out a tarp around our house to catch debris from our previous roof and any nails that came off. Once they were done, they rolled up the tarp and rolled our yard with a large magnet that picked up additional nails. After they left, we only found one mail in our entire yard, which I found remarkable in light of the likelihood that thousands of nails were pulled out of my roof. In the end, we literally had not one complaint. We highly recommend Stonewater.
