We had, 4 well known, Top local Tyler roofing companies give estimates to replace our hail damaged roof. One such company salesman would not even bother to leave his truck and get on the roof and left nothing but his card and a bad impression. When I met Joseph from ASAP Roofing he impressed me. After some conversation and many questions answered regarding, his roofing crews, covering flowerbeds, clean up, shingle manufactures various roofing products & warranty and ASAP labor warranty, I immediately knew, this guy is intelligent, honest and most likely trustworthy. After a couple of days we agreed to sign a contract with Joseph and ASAP Roofing. When roof was installed, I was present all day 6:30 until finish. Joseph was also present for ASAP. He left the job only to bring donuts to his crew. The new roof and clean up were as I expected. Every step of the way from 1st meeting until after our roof was finished, Joseph and ASAP Roofing have been available and have convinced me that he and the company are both HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. I recommend you give this company a chance to convince you also! Gary

Ok...So This review is about a year over due. I wanted to replace my roof, so i did what most people do... I called 5 roofing companies to come out and give me an estimate. I will not mention any other companies during this review (as much as i would like to call them out). One company never came out and called me 3 months later. Other companies just drove up...looked at the roof then left, calling me with a quote later that week. These folks at ASAP came out, got on my roof, did all the measurements and gave me not one, but three quotes (2 types of shingles and a metal roof quote). They treated me as a valued customer, not just another paycheck. Needless to say by the time everyone had given me their quotes, there was only one company that stuck out. ASAP. After having the roof completed, i was so impressed with their work and attitudes, I hired them to install new gutters also. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and work ethic. Thank you ASAP.

My husband and I have recently contracted for a new metal roof. We had received a few bids when a friend suggested we get one more from the people who did her roof. A fairly new company called ASAP ROOFING. We did and can not say enough good things about the workmanship and professional quality of the company. They did everything they said they would do from cleaning up daily and hauling off,to rolling the magnet for nails many times after each work day. The owners came out often to inspect the work. Two days after the job was finished, a large limb fell from a tree and did some minor damage to the edge of the roof. When they came for the final inspection and saw the damage the owners insisted on replacing the damaged panel with a new one ( no charge). We have the most beautiful roof in Hideaway (the color a copper penny.) We also know of a company that we can recommend to all looking to replace a roof. Thank you ASAP. Nadaha & Bobby Peters

Jan Sullivan — 5 star I had Hail Damage and Robby Morrison from ASAP visited with me about my situation. It took all of one day of talking with Robby Morrison that I need not worry because unlike most companies, "He really had this"! I was not mistaken and as soon as insurance check was paid, the crew came in, about 7 AM and they were cleaning up by 2:00 PM. Robby and Dillin and another Guy, Brandon (another manager like Robby) were visiting with me and they had the best personalities, humor, etc...Felt like I had known them all my life and was tail gating with friends! I have never had so much confidence and fun doing a business transaction. The hardest part of dealing with them, is when the work is over and you know you have made friends (trusted) that you wont be talking with much anymore. very professional.robby was very good at bringing knowledge to me about roofs as being a home owner this was the 1st roof we ever had to replace. robby was very kind and took his time explaining about roofs and materials used when roofing. he is very knowledgeable about roofs. and even upgraded it .i had no vents in the roof and they added a whirley bird for better circulation in the attic.the crew was awesome to. fast and did a very fantastic job taking off old roof and putting on the new materials. very proffesional and friendly. they took there time to keep it clean layed tarps down around the house and left the place so clean when done.i highly recommend this company for the honesty and best price in east texas. thanks yall so much !! it was a blessed experience ! and the materials are of high quality.

We had noticed a roof leak, and ASAP Roofing was out in our neighborhood doing roof inspections. We allowed them to inspect our roof being fully prepared to hear that we needed a new roof. We were pleasantly surprised to hear no new roof was needed, however they could repair the leak. We were so impressed by their integrity, that we decided to use them for gutter installs. Robby, our rep, was great! He went above and beyond, keeping us up to date on when repairs would be made, cost (which was another pleasant surprise), etc. On the day of repair and gutter install, they were prompt and professional. Upon completion of the job they double checked to make sure no metal debris was left in our yard. When the time comes for a new roof they will be the first and only company we call.

Robbie Morrison with ASAP came to our home after a major hail storm. Did we ever get lucky! Our roof required replacement. Robbie led us through the entire process with the kind of professionalism and customer service rarely seen these days. Not only was he exetremely knowledgeable, but very personalable. Honest, friendly and just plain kind. He went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. Not only did he do all he said he would, but more. The workers were also excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We are truly very satisfied customers, and if necessary, wouldnt hesitate to call Robbie and re-hire ASAP for any future home repair needs. The word "roof" has been negative. I have had on going issues with different roofers since 1996! A young man pulled up to the Sonic playground with his son. I was there with my two grandchildren. I noticed his bright yellow and red vehicle and that he was with a roofing company. As the kids played, I told him my roofing "woes". He said hed like to come look at it. He took the imitative to call me and follow up. He has repairs the two places where he felt the drops came from that hit my disabled husband in bed. I have a one year guarantee certificate for the repair. This was all done for no cost to me. This is a business that I will recommend and use in the future - one that cares about people and not just dollars! Pp
