If I could give Alliance Roofing 10 stars I would! When I was asking my friends for recommendations for a roofing company a good friend, who lives in the neighborhood, couldnt recommend Alliance fast enough. She, and half of her street, had used them and LOVED them! So I called Russell Parnell and within 2 days he was climbing on my roof to give me an estimate. Russell talked me through my insurance estimate and even suggested calling my insurance company to ask for more money. He said "All they can say is no.". They said yes! I was going to Colorado for a couple of weeks so Russell and I had a nice talk about my trip and even gave me a few suggestions. I could tell he was going to be a nice, and caring, man to work with. While on vacation I texted with Russell about the insurance approval and when I returned, I called him again. The first thing out of his mouth was "How was Colorado?" 5 days later I had a new roof! The men who worked on my roof were there from sun up to sun down. Very professional and respectful of my property. Russell came the first day, of a 2 day project, to check on things and I appreciated that he drove from Pearland to The Woodlands just to check in. Russell came by the day after they were finished to give me the warranty and I was so pleased! If you have any doubts whether to use the company....dont! I highly recommend them and remember....everyone went through the flood of 2016 and everyone wants their roofs fixed NOW. Alliance Roofing cares about the people needing the roof more than the roof itself. So...be patient because Alliance is totally worth an extra couple of days wait....if you even have to wait! Love them!

This company is so unprofessional and Eric the owner was very rude to me and my husband. We are selling our home and asked Eric to come by and give us an estimate on our roof. We then informed him that we were going to wait and see what the buyers inspector said about the roof. The inspector only found minor problems that needed to be addressed with the roof. My husband then call the roofer that we were hiring to let him know that the buyer only wants what fixed on the inspection report. Eric took it upon himself without our consent to call the buyers inspector to inform him that he messed up. He should have came to us first to tell us what he was about to do so that we as the sellers could inform the buyer and inspector. He told me and my husband that we were committing fraud which was NOT the case. He is just a dirty roofer who is mad that he only had to fix minor problems and not get more money out of us. DO NOT GO TO HIM!! Horrible experience.

This company put a new roof on my house before we moved in and we have had problems ever since. I either cant get them to call me back or the owner wont show up to a scheduled appointment. During Harvey my roof leaked and i called Alliance to see if they would come out and look at it. They showed up unannounced while I was at work and never called to let me know they even attempted to fix anything. I only found out when I had to call again and Chris let me know they had come out, but was unable to tell me what they fixed other than they resealed a vent. When it rained again the same vent was leaking and now I cant get a call back from them. This is the third attempt to fix one leak from this company and I am only still working with them because they supposedly honor their work. I would recommend choosing a different company for any roof work.

I was shocked to read some of the other reviews with one star. Our experience was complete opposite. We had a wonderful experience this year with Alliance Roofing. We were given a quote and shown roofing material to choose from. We made our selection and chose a date that worked for us. Materials were delivered and the crew completed the job within one day! I was very impressed with their work. Our roof looked amazing when they finished! We interacted with the owner Eric and he is very easy to work with and has great communication. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. They go above and beyond and really care about their customers.

I called for an estimate to replace my roof. Russell Parnell came to my home and looked at my roof. He said he would email me an estimate. Its been nearly 3 weeks - I have called 3 or 4 times and emailed them about the estimate but as of yet still have not heard from them or received my estimate. When I replace my roof I wont be calling Alliance Roofing. Its obvious if I ever had a problem with their work or even a question I would never be able to reach them. It also makes me think I would not be able to depend on what they tell me if I had them repair my roof.

Russell Parnell was extremely professional and prompt in responding to our appointment. Knowing that rain was coming over night, the crew worked to complete our job. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the courteous crew. The workers took extra care in removing old roof and installing new roof not to mark up new fascia boards just installed. We are return customers to Mr. Parnell/Alliance Roofing Co. Because of our recommendations, three additional roofs were replaced in our neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Crew that installed roof were great. Alliances management , and Wind Storm inspector were not satisfactory. Wind storm inspector never showed ,day of roof install. Then shows the next day ,and doesnt even knock on the door to let someone know that is there, and just sets his ladder up on the house. Not except able!!! Then you call Alliance, and they act like it was okay, and want to get an attitude about it . Thats not how you do business. Again roof was installed properly, and looks good. Management needs to tighten up!!

We needed to replace the entire roof on a home we just purchased and luckily, our realtor referred us to Alliance. The entire process was very easy from beginning to end. The estimate was fair and the work was done in one day. The installers did quality work and cleaned the entire site very well when they were finished. There were no surprises, everything they said they would do was done well. Our new roof is beautiful and I would definitely recommend calling Alliance for your roof repairs.

Russell Parnell was very helpful and informative. He and his team arrived early in the morning to take off my 20-year old roof and by the afternoon we had a beautiful new one. Alliance roofing painted all the piping on the roof to match the charcoal shingles. Overall, Alliance did a great job on my roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.
