I called to have the roof inspector come out to look at the roof and the tech showed up in an unmarked car instead of a work truck or any type of indication he was with the roof company. We had an apt scheduled and the tech DID not check the roof like arranged. This company was concerned about the small dog in the back yard. The roof was to be inspected to check the life span left on the home. No other major concerns according to another inspector we had out before calling Optimum Roofing. The part that upsets me is I called Monica later after the scheduled apt to follow up and she mentioned to me that she already spoke to my realtor about it. Come to find out she only mentioned the dog but did not mention THEY DID NOT in fact do the inspection after all. So here I am the next day calling and left voicemail, and emailed them to get no response! That is very unprofessional and just rude! I would have expected to at least notify me of the situation and possibly reschedule! I would not recommend this company due to their lack of communication and unreliability. I would be afraid to use them and they back out of any type of roof repair and just disappear on you!

John and his team were professional, punctual, friendly and went above and beyond to help us through a process that was designed by insurance companies to be confusing and stressful.
