I chose Joe Ochoa for their years of experience. The sales rep was fantastic at offering their product. I was very impressed with what this company had to offer. I had no doubt in my mind because they had a BBB award of Excellence and had other awards to accredit their reputation. My first appointment to work on my roof was postponed four times. I had called each of the four times to confirm the appointment, the appointment was confirmed. Then there was tardiness, I had called them each of the four times and each time they had given a different excuse of why they could not come. I spoke with the sales representative about the situation. He told me that he would get in touch with the manager . The manager never reached out to me. The number was not given to me at all after I asked for it. After attempting to contact the manager, I attempted to call the owner. The owner heard what had happened , and told me that he still wanted us to confide in him and to give his company, "one last chance," After the fifth last chance, the owner did not contact me at all. This company is very good at marketing and customer service, but from a personal note, I do not want a company that will not work around my schedule, and secondly, after making the appointment, to not follow through with it(four times). I had to work around their schedule, they had postponed things for a month, and I had plans, things to do. Organization, the absence of workers, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism of postponing/tardiness are things that they need to work on, especially if they want to increase their customer retention rate. , Unfortunately, they were to good to be true.

I am very pleased with my experience using Joe Ochoa Roofing. Joe Ochoa, Jr. was very professional and helped me through the process from meeting with the insurance adjuster to the final roof installation. The crew that installed my roof were very thorough, and they left my yard and drive totally clean of all construction debris. A few days later, my nephew was watching the installation on some of my neighbors roofs, and he told me to be glad that I had used Joe Ochoa because they had done a better job than he was seeing on the other homes. I have no hesitation recommending him and his firm. In addition, they replaced and painted the rotten fascia on my home. I am very happy with everything.

We chose Ochoa Roofing. The salesman came out and was very thorough. He scheduled with us to come out and sign a contract. I waited 2.5 hrs and he never showed. He replyed to our call later in the day and said he had a family emergency. OK, I understand and forgive even though he should have called. I took off work for 2 hours. We rescheduled and again we waited for 2 hours. No call No reply to our call. This is 2 more hours I took off from work. Im going to call another company!
