Our roof was in dire need of restoration after a hail storm left us with damage and missing shingles. We contacted Phillip Goodwin with Advantage and he responded the same day with a full inspection and then helped us get an inspection set up with our insurance adjuster. He was here before our adjuster arrived and spoke to him on our behalf. He was very honest and upfront about costs and time. He even helped us choose the best color shingles for our home and went through each option with us a few times. He was always willing to help. The crew that replaced our roof were respectful of our home and schedules. They finished on time and left our yard spotless. We chose the Timberline Architectural Lifetime Roofing System and got the Cobra Ridge Vent. Our electricity bill is even lower now! Cant say enough good things about them! We are so pleased and even our 3 year old daughter points to our roof almost daily and says "Mr. Phillip gave us a pretty roof, mom!" So thankful!

I just had my Moms house and detached carport re-roofed by Advantage. My contact was Brian Nailling. The job involved removing two layers of old roofing, removing non-functional ventilators and turbines, repairing and replacing decking as needed, installing a ridge vent system and re-roofing. They did a great job on the roof and left the yard clean of all trash and nails. The work crew was careful to protect shrubs and landscaping around the house. Brian also arranged for a contractor to touch-up ceilings that were discolored by existing water leaks. Brian responded quickly when I contacted them, promptly bid the job, and scheduled it for less than a week away. The crew put in 17 to 18 hours a day to finish a huge job in only 3 days. I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Ronnie and it was a great job done. We were buying a house and wanted someone we could trust to do the roof before we closed on our home. They came out before the sale, got the quote out, and worked with the seller and us to make sure everything was done well and to code. They also made it easy for us to add gutters where we thought there should be some and the price was excellent. They lowered their rate to work with the insurance companys payout price to not overcharge the seller either. They were kind and professional and prompt and on time. Advantage Roofing Company completed our extra steep pitched roof quickly and professionally. Because of the daily June showers, they worked on the roof in sections, so the interior wouldnt get wet. They said that made their pace slower, but we couldnt tell. They finished the 3,400 sq. ft house in 2.5 days. There was zero clean up for me to do when they left. The crew worked carefully around my flowerbeds. Ronnie Lollar was our daily contact. He thoroughly explained the process and took care of working with insurance company, leaving me little to do but enjoy the roof. Thats service the way it should be!

In May of this year, an F3 tornado came through our small town. I interviewed many companies to do the needed work. When Ronnie Lollar came to my house, I knew he was the one. I immediately felt he was an honest hardworking guy. It has been a slow process dealing wth the insurance, etc. He is persistent and shows willingness to do whatever takes.
