Bay area roofers just finished replacing the roof on my home. They did an EXCELLENT job. I REALLY want to thank Karl Bergman, Herminio, Santiago and all Bay Area Roofers dedicated staff who worked on my roof doing such a FANTASTIC job Nov 10th - Nov 12th. Herminio and Santiago did an excellent and thorough job of pre and post re-roofing inspection of the attic and fixing minor problems and rest of the staff cleaned and magnetically scanned the entire area for any left over nails and/or metallic objects at the end of project. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the work done by Bay Area Roofers. We will DEFINATELY and whole heatedly recommend Bay Area Roofers to all our neighbours and colleagues at Sunrise Lakes Subdivision and request our committee to include Bay Area Roofers in Sunrise lakes subdivision newsletter. I will also post an excellent review on Angies List soon.

Bay Area Roofers have now done two houses for us and they do great work! On both houses they did the roof, gutters, siding, and painting. Theres a few bumps along the way but thats to be expected on a big job with several crews. Nathan and Herminio made sure everything was taken care of! They dealt like pros with all the questions from me, the detail-oriented engineer. All the crews were friendly and they kept the worksite clean. Nathan was great to work with even as we kept changing up requests and moving start dates based other projects like foundation and windows. Hes patient and friendly and its reflected in all the members of their team.

Outstanding company! Nathan is extremely professional and is committed to excellent work. He built a patio roof and concrete flooring for us that is better than I ever imagined! Beautiful! I was so impressed that now hes also done our roof and our windows, which Im also extremely happy with. He came in right on cost and never missed a deadline. His prices are the best in the area and he showed up personally to the job site and called every day to give us status. I will continue to use them for future projects because customer service and satisfaction are number 1 to them.

Great work & attention to detail. Nice staff, with a solid project management approach! Id requested quotes for Roof & Paint originally. During his visit Nathan Riley--Bay Area Roofers, Inc--suggested that we may also want to review Hardie Board, as a replacement for the wood on the back of our home, prior to painting. Stellar suggestion. The entire project encompassed said Hardie board replacement, power washing and painting exterior, plus new roof, roof vents, etc. Project was completed today and the exterior of our home looks like new...we are so pleased!

Time and time again Nathan Riley, wner of Bay Area Roofers, his professional staff and crews have come thru for our family and friends. We decided to redo our patio cover to look like part or our existing roof. We contacted Nathan since we were getting a new roof after the hail storm. Nathan designed the patio roof for us. We couldnt have been more pleased with our decision. The owner came out and gave us a quote on new siding, paint, and all new gutters. They replaced my roof after a hail storm, they did a great job then. A year later we wanted a patio addition in our back, it was tricky because of the slopes of the existing roof. They gave us exactly what we wanted and they did a fabulous job, it is awesome, we enjoy it everyday. Nathan is very professional and will go above and beyond to do the job right. We will look to them first for other work that they can do.
