I will start out by saying that Avco has been in business for 10 years, is licensed, bonded, have a A+ rating on BBB, and were also the recepitant of Angies List 2013 Super Service Award. So you know you are not only getting a great roof, but also outstanding customer service. Our Project Manager was Jon Hopkins and he presented himself in a professional manner from the moment he greeted us at the door to the moment the roof was finished. It wouldnt matter what profession Jon was in, I would deal with him again in a heartbeat for going to bat not once but twice with the insurance adjusters on our roof. He didnt mind working with my mother in law as well during the install since neither my wife our I could be present. Jon answered all our questions, and believe me we had a lot of them, from the insurance process, how a roof is installed from start to finish, what we should expect going forward with the up keep, and savings to expect on our electric bill going from a 20 year shingle to a 30 shingle with a ridge cap for ventilation. The install went smooth as well, fitting us in on a date and time that worked best for us. The workers were on point, experienced, and cleaned up the jobsite to the point that you wouldnt even know they had been there. Once the roof was finished Jon walked around with my wife to insure her that no nails or debris was left behind. Even going out of his way to pick up some trash that I had left out from the day before. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience with Avco and would highly recommend them to anyone that was looking into getting a roof. Make sure to ask for Jon Hopkins to ensure your experience is as easy, well versed, and smooth as ours.

We have a flat roof on part of our church building. We have had it repaired numerous times because of leaking. Because we had to have three bids with roofing companies, we decided to contact Avco Roofing in Tyler. (We are located about 95 to 100 miles from them.) The other two roofing companies were local. Heath Hicks, owner, personally came out to view our roof, and then came another time with one of his foremen before submitting his bid. He was so very professional (and a follower of Christ), AND gave us the best price out of the three. The work is now completed, and we are more than 100% satisfied. The workers who did the labor were great and did the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Heath guarantees his work, and if there are any leakages after the next hard rains, we are to call him and they will repair at no extra cost. We certainly would recommend this company to any who need roof repair.

Cade from AVCO had the most understanding and professional customer service we have ever had from any company. They were very reliable, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure that our family was taken care of in a timely manner. He worked very well with our insurance adjuster Amanda Good from Allstate. We are very appreciative to have both of them helping us out during this time. Both Cade and Amanda were amazing and did the most that they could to help out our family! Amanda was very thorough with her inspection of the roof and property and was very informative in explaining the process which was helpful since this was our first time filing an insurance claim. We couldnt have asked for a better adjuster to help us out during this time! The same goes for the roofing company! Cade and his crew made sure that we got the best roof for our family!

After six years at my previous home, the roof you replaced still looked new and I discovered that you had repaired a minor leak that I was unaware of. It improved the value of that home and I am sure the current owners are grateful for a sound roof. Lastly, I would like to commend your crews for an excellent clean up job. I have only found one stray nail between the two jobs you performed for me and when they left, there was no sign that the yard or property had been disturbed. We chose AVCO to do our roof after they came out to inspect it and we discovered severe damage to it. We were assigned Clayton as our project manager. He was excellent..... he came to our house in the evenings when my husband and I could both meet with him. He was always honest with us and explained everything in detail. I also appreciate the craftsmanship and the materials that AVCO uses on their roofs. They did an amazing job and even bumped our project up because of strict time line and the chance of rain. I never felt like we were a burden. Clayton was always happy to answer questions and go over what ever was needed to make sure we understood the whole process. Also my yard was left spotless! I really appreciate the attention to detail, we will always be going to Clayton at AVCO for all of our roofing needs!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

We just had a new roof installed by Avco Roofing in Tyler. They did a great job. They worked very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They went over the area around the house with a magnet to make sure no nails were left. They cleaned up all debris and blew everything off with a blower. They use the latest, top quality materials and, incredibly, gave me the best bid of the 4 I got! For me the very best part of this job was Clayton Grossman, my sales rep. Before I hired them he showed me all of the materials they would be using and explained the whole process to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the work. He kept me updated about when the work would start and during the whole process. I never had to wonder what was going on. He went well above my expectations. I highly recommend Avco Roofing and Clayton.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Vance Garvey and the crew from AVCO Roofing regarding a leak in the roof behind our chimney. Vance inspected the roof and also found some hail damage from Spring storms we were unaware of. He also inspected the interior damage we sustained from the leak and returned when the insurance adjuster came, pointing out what damage he had found both inside and out and answering any questions we had to our complete satisfaction. Vance and his team of roofers handled the replacement in a highly proficient and courteous manner, even going over the yard with a magnet at the end to assure they had cleaned up all the debris. Even our neighbors commented on how great the new roof looks! We highly recommend Vance and AVCO for all your roofing needs!

We recently bought a house that needed the roof to be replaced before we bought it. We needed someone to check it out quick during the option period and Nate Boomer came out on a Saturday, inspected it, and gave me advice on what he thought would be the best option for us. Nates service to us went above and beyond what other companies customer service tries to obtain, which comforted us during the stressful time when buying a house. He met with the insurance adjuster to make sure that the adjuster took note of the damages to the roof, and worked with us to meet our needs.
