We paid Texas Certified Roofing to repair roof leaks on our metal building. They bid the job to fix three vent pipe leaks and three leaks along the same line of about thirty feet. It didnt rain for two months after the roof repairs were completed. When it did rain it was apparent that the roof was still leaking in the same spots. After called and leaving messages for three weeks, they agreed to come look at the leaks. They said that these leaks were new leaks and they needed additional money and would not warranty these leaks. Why would I have new leaks if they did their job properly in the first place? I hired Phoenix Roofing & Construction to give us another opinion. Phoenix Roofing charge $250.00 to reseal the vent pipes that Texas Certified Roofing charged us about $4000.00 to repair just two months ago. I would have sued TCR if the repair bill was much higher. So I wont sue but I thought I would share my bad experience.

Buyer Beware of this company. I called Yogi to request a technician come out to repair one of the three leaking vent’s that are under a 10 year manufacturers and 2 year labor warranty. Yogi informed me that because I gave a 1 star review that my warranty was void. That is not stated in the contract we signed. In fact I have never heard of this before. Yogi suggested I sue them while making disparaging remarks about my character. Yogi don’t be surprised if I take you up on your offer and let a Judge explain the law to me on how my honest review voided my warranty. When you responded to my review five months ago, your reply stated you were going to contact me and make things right. You never did Yogi. You can’t un-throw a stone, same as you can’t un-write your reply. I think this makes you a liar. Bottom line is you have my money, and I still have the same leak.

Talked to them twice on 5/30/17 to confirm an appointment on 6/1/17 to look at replacing some skylights and other items. The day and time of the appointment came around, I waited around the house for them and they never showed up. It is now 2 weeks after the appointment and they have not called, text messaged, emailed or made any attempt to tell me that they were not going to make the appointment. If you want to waste your time give this company a call. Hard to believe there are so many horrible roofing companies in Houston that dont mind wasting peoples time!

I contacted Texas certified to try and book an appointment for a roof inspection. They were able to come out on the same day for the repairs I needed. The guys were very knowledgeable and more importantly honest. They finished all of the work on time and did a perfect job. I definitely recommended them for roofing work.

I used Texas Certified Roofing for some minor roof repairs, and felt this company was honest and reasonable in their pricing. Im planing on using them again in the near future to replace our entire roof. Highly recommended them.

We hired them on and had a good experience with them. They stuck to the price quote and all of the work was completed on schedule. The roof looks excellent.
