I am very satisfied with Avalanche Contractors. Luis truly cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure that the work or repairs get done in quick and timely fashion. Calling Luis was the best decision that we made. After having a bad experience with another company, we called Avalanche Contractors and Luis came out to our home that day. He gave us a much lower price than the other companies that we had spoken to. His crew arrived on time, worked diligently to complete the work on our roof and finished the job on the date in which we were told they would finish. We have had no problems with our roof and are very happy with the work that was done to our roof. Furthermore, Luis has followed-up with us to make sure that we were happy and that no further problems had arisen. I will recommend Avalanche Contractors to all of my friends, family, and anyone else who may need help with their roofing/insulation needs.

As new homeowners the last thing we ever wanted to do was replace a roof, but Luis made it a pretty quick and painless experience. I was immediately impressed that after submitting a quote request I got a call from Luis himself that very evening to set up a meeting. When he showed up to our house he had already selected some color options and come up with a proposal for the roof. He was flexible and was able to provide us a top notch roof and still stay within our budget. I cant stress enough how fast the new roof went up. He and his guys did the whole job in a day and left our lawn spotless. So thrilled with the work and weve had numerous neighbors and friends already comment on how fantastic it looks. Definitely recommend Avalanche Contractors and Luis, worth every penny.

Our company installed a tankless water heater in an attic. The roof has a steep pitch. We had contracted with another company to get up on the roof and take care of the flashing around the vent. NOBODY showed up to do the work like they promised. I guess they saw that steep roof and kept on driving. NOT Avalanche Contractors. These guys came out and got it done without the slightest fuss. The showed up on time, did clean work, and worked with us on the budget. Needless to say, we wont be calling those other guys. I still cant believe those other companies left us hanging. We were lucky to find Avalanche. Theyre the first company we call when I need a reliable crew.

Im buying a house and this guy agreed to oversee the installation of the new roof for $149. I emailed him the specifications and he gave me a detailed explanation of his services and that hes done this before many times. Not only did he never show up (which put me in a very bad position) but he never even called or emailed me or returned my numerous calls. I called Avalanche based on the reviews, but I guess you cant trust reviews anymore...probably friends and neighbors. At least have the decency to call, text, or email someone if you are going to flake on something that is important to them. Unreliable...I wont use them again.

Been meaning to send this review for a while... We got a call from some hunters that there was a problem with the cabin roof at our hunting lease last winter. These folks came right out and repaired it with minimal fuss. We were able to handle everything over the phone. The front desk lady was so nice and I was grateful for her help in coordinating everything. They stayed in contact and communicated with me great through the entire process. When its time for a whole new roof, I know who Im calling!

From the beginning, Louis was very thorough in his presentation. At 7:00 am the materials arrived. At 7:15, six workers arrived and worked until sundown, finishing in one day. Each man knew exactly what to do. The team is very organized-no wasted effort.Very pleasurable to watch them. Good clean up with magnetic sweeping. Great final check over and follow up by Mr. Louis.

I was so impressed with is work.. the customer services was awesome... worked with contractor before and I wish I would have contacted Avalanche Contractors first!! They fixed a roof that a contractor messed up on.. had our house inspected and saw problems.. was done with that contractor... called Avalanche Contractor and they fixed the old contractor mistakes...

Which means if something happens with his work, he will always come back free of charge to solve what ever roofing issue that result from work hes done. You wont be disappointed.

Had a great experience with this company ..had my roof replaced by them this past summer. Everything went smooth, the workers cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind when they were done with the job. Luis was very professional , i will be calling them back for installation soon.

Horrible customer service. Had them come out to get an estimate for an attic ladder repair, came out and never heard from them again. Was promised a quote that afternoon, and after several texts to Luis, the owner, I still have not received anything. I would never recommend this company.
