UPDATE 2: DONT USE! Even though the owner called and apologized and said he would make everything right, he didnt. He said he would have the window fixed the next weekend, well it took 3 weeks, but at least that was fixed. Everything else, nothing. Never took care of any of it. Cost me over $500 to fix everything they broke and the owner obviously didnt care other than having the bad review online. On top of everything they broke, after a year still had shingles not sitting flat. Just a straight up horrible company. UPDATE: After posting my review online, the owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic. Said he would do anything to make it right. Felt he meant it from a personal perspective more than a money or review side. Obviously there are some things that cannot be corrected now. The manager for my project had been let go soon after my experience. My busy schedule and the weather hasnt allowed everything to be correct yet, but felt I needed to upgrade from 1 to 3 stars in the interim. Mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matters. Very disappointing. Came off as very professional originally. They were the highest quote of the 4 I got so I figured they would be better. I was wrong. 1. Caused hundreds in damage if I were to pay someone to fix. 2. Destroyed my new gutters. I dont have a lot, but they bent up multiple areas and managed to rip out one of the supports. 3. Broke a window they said they would fix, but they didnt. 4. Ripped a screen. 5. Sliced through a nice water hose. 6. Spray painted parts of the roof because they were too lazy to cover the shingles before painting. 7. Been a few months and have found about 30 nails left behind so far. 2 in the driveway. 8. Marks left on the garage doors from the original shingles being thrown down. 9. Wood repair areas between the roof and siding they replaced were not even painted to cover the joints or the nails. 10. Dormer siding was broken off and covered with glue that looks horrible. 11. Never given definite times when they would show up. 12. Took almost a week to finish. 13. 3 months in and the shingles have not leveled out. Maybe because I did this in winter and havent had a real round of heat, but still doesnt seem right. The only positive I can say is they did a great job at cutting the slots for the ridge vent and filling up the holes from the whirlybirds. Overall, all I can say is initial looks are not everything. Between no communication, the damage and the lack of desire to fix any of of the issues, find a better company.

Very Professional. Because of bad experiences with home improvement contractors, we did our homework before calling roofing companies to come to our house. Of the companies we called, we found Precision Roof Crafters to be the most professional. They set a specific time to come out while we were still on the phone and actually arrived on time which appeared to be a challenge for the other companies. All their people, from office staff to the representative that came out to their crew, were so knowledgeable. This was a big buying decision for us and I’m sure we drove them crazy with all the questions and concerns. They never once made us feel that though, and addressed all our concerns with a smile. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on schedule and with no additional surprise charges. They did a great job of cleaning after themselves and the roof looks great. This was probably one of the best home improvement project experiences we’ve had. We strongly recommend Precision Roof Crafters.

Precesion Roof Crafters proved to be an excellent choice in repairing my flat roof patio. The roof had been repaird three times in the past 7 years and each time a leak was found. Pedro Hish, Tim, Jason and Rita have been consistantly professional from the first phone call I made to them to the follow up to ensure the roof is now leakproof. After 3 other roofers, Tim recommended a roofing system that I had never heard of, TPO, proving to me that they are a progressive and educated company. The team worked with my schedule to accomodate the install and some small obstacles. The roof looks great, is leak proof, I have a 5 year warrantee and the cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommond this company for troublesome roofs. Believe me, until I did business the PRC, my faith in the roofing industry was dead.

Precision Roof Crafters is the best! They were organized, professional, got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up all of the work area, and treated the roof as if it were their own. I highly recommend Precision Roof Crafters for all of your roofing needs, whether commercial or residential. They will take really good care of you. I will be using them again.

Came for a job interview. I didnt get the job but I had the opportunity to meet the owner and the staff and they were very professional and seemed like the kind of business that is run right with a focus on customer satisfaction and employees.

I have never before heard of a company that charges almost two hundred dollars for an estimate... Their "receptionist" whomever answers the phone lacks people skills. Dont go into a "service" industry if you cant provide service!
