Very professional organization. Each time I was told that they would meet me, John was here on time, if not early. They did most of the heavy lifting with both the insurance company and the mortgage company (who needed to co-endorse the insurance check and required some additional paperwork). When it came time for the insurance adjuster to take a look, John had arrived at the house early and pre-marked the hail damage on the roof, giving little room for debate and ultimately making life a little easier for the adjuster. The existing roof was removed and the new roof and additional ventilation were installed in less than two days, and there was very little wait time for that to happen once the initial insurance check arrived. The work they did looks great (all around the neighborhood, not just my own home). While I hope to not need their services again for a long time, I would not hesitate to use State again should the need arise.

State Roofing is none of those. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would do, they repaired some roofing trim that had been damaged by a squirrel, and at no charge. They also gave me a bid to increase the attic insulation, then completed the job for $250 less than their original quote. Their representative, John, is just truly outstanding and really helped with the insurance adjuster. He also visited the job each day to be sure we were satisfied. Just an outstanding company!

Had a small repair job for my roof. Had called one company and explained the fact it was a small job. They came out quickly and gave me a quote but I was never able to obtain an appointment for the work to be done. Contacted another company. They came quickly to provide a quote. I even gave them some extra work to make it a bigger job. They showed up to perform the other work but upon arrival, said they couldnt do the roof repair. I was finally referred to State Roofing by a neighbor. They arrived quickly to provide an estimate, called the next day to set an appointment, and arrived on time two days later to complete the work. They did an excellent job. They were more expensive than the other bidders but that is to be expected by a true professional when the job is small. Quality work delivered on time and on budget. Excellent company.

State Roofing Company recently replaced our 18 year old roof and did a FIRST CLASS job; very professional. We had wind damage and a settlement from our insurance company. After shopping around, we met John Giffin and State Roofing and knew we had to look no further. The quote process was clear and honest. The work was started and completed ON TIME with minimal disruption to our normal activities. The garden plantings were protected as was our outdoor furniture. The crew was on time and efficient. They even painted the exposed metal to match our exterior paint and installed squirrel-proof lids on the vents. BTW, their good work has gotten them at least two additional projects on our street. That speaks for itself. We recommend State Roofing Company with 5 stars.

Emily worked with me and the insurance adjuster to shepherd the insurance claim for Hail & wind damage through the system. Their quote came in very competitive against another roofer I had used in the past. I decided to give State Roofing a try. I am glad I did. They were very professional through every step of the process from delivering a clear and complete quote, to scheduling the job, and finally replacing the roof. It looks great. After our roof was redone we were informed by a plumbing company that our hot water heaters were not properly vented. We called State Roofing, they sent someone out to fix it. Less than a year later we were having the hot water heater replace and were told that they were not properly vented and would not pass inspection. So they never fixed the problem and said they did. I am waiting for them to fix it now.

The State Roofing crew made quick work of the project and the experience was hassle free. The new roof looks good and met my expectations. I would definitely use State Roofing Company again.

He guided me through the whole process of making a claim with my insurance company, succesfully disputing the pittance they awarded me, then installing the roof in short order. Hes polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent organization.
