Our roof developed a substantial leak last weekend. My husband and I called 4 roofing companies in the area and RCI was the first to respond. Steve Landreth of RCI was very thorough and made it a point to check the entire roof. We were glad he did as he found 2 other areas where water was getting in. Over the next 2 days we received other quotes but all were not as efficient and all the other companies missed the problem areas Steve had identified. Oh, his price was the best too! Steve and his team came out that weekend and worked and 11hr. day to ensure the large storm coming that night would not cause further damage. Communication was great from start to finish. Most importantly, the work was done right and the repair looks fantastic along with the roof tune up which really cleaned up many problem areas which I know would have lead to more problems. I cant thank them enough and this goes down as our best interaction with any contractor!

We called out RCI to asssess a number of issues we had with our roof (few minor leaks). Promptly, Albert had called us back to schedule the appointment and came out that very same day. Not only did he identify the leaks but we had hail damage and we had no idea! Albert helped us through the whole insurance process and made it as seamless as possible for us. So not only did we get our leaks fixed but we got a whole new roof with upgrades!! We were very impressed with his professionalism and going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. Best experience with any contractor we have ever had!! Will recommend to all my friends and neighbors! If you need any roof work call RCI !! Albert A++ !!

What I like about RCI Roofing is that they keep their promises and are always on time! Working with Jesse Medrano and his crew (roofers and painters) to fix my roof is pretty happy experience: They are friendly and work hard! They helped me take care of additional small issues with my roof even if its not part of the contract... So, thank you all for your great work!!

This company completed our roofing in 2002, doing a great job. Just recently I have had two minor reasons for calling a repairman out. They were very professional and willing to send someone out in record time, who completed the repairs without question. I certainly would and have recommended this company. They certainly stand behind their name..

The main thing I was impressed about these guys was that they worked with my insurance, which made what would have been a very unpleasant experience considerably less stressful. They also fixed my electric problem for free, which was nice of them. They were quick to respond, they were punctual, and they made a concerted effort to not make a mess.

Based on the way their truck guys drive, I would never hire them to put a roof on my house!! No respect. No common curtesy to use a blink and almost sideswiped me because his lane ended and he wasnt paying attention!! Dont drive like a jerk if you are going to have your business name on the side of your truck!!

Amazing company! These people are very attentive and make absolutely sure your roofing problem is solved. They also follow up to make sure everything is going ok with your roof after repairs have been made. Steve Landreth is the guy you want. He is truly the best.

Wouldnt hire these guys to put a roof on an outhouse. Undependable and unreliable. Had an appointment for them to give me an estimate on roof repair. Guy never showed up and when I left a voice mail for him he never bothered to return the call.
