I can’t say enough about Christian and JC&C roofing. It’s a daunting task trying to find a good and fairly priced roofer in Houston that won’t be here today and gone tomorrow, but I can proudly say I think we found one of the best. Integrity is an often forgotten word in this day and age, but it’s what I appreciated most about JC&C. We received five quotes from roofers and JC&C was in the same range as four of them. Then it came down to really examining the companies to pick the one for us. Being certified through the shingle manufactory was a huge plus as well a free power wash. We ended up choosing JC&C and I’m so glad we did. Once we decided to use them, the roof was going on the next day. They did a great job on the roof as well as clean up. Another great experience was when they damaged our gutter guards. That’s right I said it correctly, when they damaged our gutter guards. This is one of the times Christian’s integrity showed. I’ve read of stories where roofers damaged gutters (which is common) and fought with the home owner that it wasn’t their guys, this was not the cause with Christian. I showed it to him during our final walk down before I paid and he didn’t blink an eye in his response. He said they would take care of it and told me not to worry. True to his word, they fixed it. And they not only fixed the bent guards but replaced them. I know some may think that is what he was supposed to di, but in this day in age it’s not common. He also allowed us to pay for our roof on our credit card without charging us 3%, which allowed us to get the reward points. All in all I was more than satisfied with my experience with JC&C. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Anyone out there can put a roof on your house but few can match JC&C’s integrity and customer service!

With my roof started leaking, i know this 19 yr old builder grade roof is due for a change. I called 4 different roofing companies for a bid, all supposed to come with good references. I eventually decided to go with JC&C. Not because they are the cheapest. They are not. In fact, they are all about the same price, except one that is like $5K less than the rest. That one was immediately tossed out of the race. The reason I chose JC&C is because of the way how they treated their customers. I appreciate the straight shooter approach. No upselling, no bait and switch. They just laid out the choices and explained their differences. The decision is all mine. Unlike other roofing companies, they are very transparent about their charges. From the beginning to the end, my sales rep, Christian Garcia, was very accommodating and patient in explaining everything to me. They also did a free power washing of my driveway and back porch, which was very nice. After they completed the work, I noticed that there were some nail pops in the ceiling inside the house. Those were expected when you have people pounding on the roof all day. I casually mentioned it to them, and they immediately arranged a repair man to come over to fix the nail pops for me. Now, thats customer service. All in all, i am very happy with their work. If i were to replace another roof again, I will go straight to them. BTW, my roof replacement was approved by the insurance company. JC&C took care of everything. From meeting with the adjuster, to getting windstorm certification and submitting receipt to insurance company. All i had to pay them was my deduction. It was a very pleasant experience.

I discovered several shingles in my backyard after some recent heavy storms in our area and I was concerned for the integrity of our roof. I scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection through JC&Cs website and received two emails confirming the appointment. Abraham Barrera performed the inspection and was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He called 45 minutes before arrival, took a number of photos of our roof so we would have proof of any issues, and also inspected an exhaust pipe for our water heater that we had some concerns about. It turned out the shingles I found in our yard were actually from the neighbors roof and our roof was fine. Abraham sent us the photos he took even though no work needed to be done and the INSPECTION WAS FREE. I told him I would let our neighbors know about their roof and Abraham gave us a business card to pass along. I dont know how expensive (or not) their repair costs are, but I would definitely hire them to work on our roof in the future.

Christian is a great guy and employs good people. JC&C replaced my roof and did some related interior work to repair water damage. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Christian is not as formal as some of the other roofing companies and the entire feel of the company reflects that laid back attitude. JC&C does care about the work and does a good job though. For example, they committed to doing our entire roof (start to finish) in one day. When they tore off the old roof they realized there was more rot in the decking than expected which took quite some time to repair. In order to meet their commitments JC&C stayed until after 9 pm to finish the roof. Only critique was for our interior work sometimes they wouldnt come on the day they stated or would have to reschedule. Regardless the quality of interior work was great once they started. Definitely check these guys out!

Jennifer and Christian are hands down the best at what they do. They have the amazing capability of making you feel like youre their only client. We originally solicited their services to have our roof done. That transitioned in an entire outdoor home renovation. They were both very mindful of our budget and very patient with last minute changes, decisions that took longer than usual, and attempts to find lower/better deals. Jennifer has an amazing design eye and Christian is a perfectionist. He will not settle for any work that is subpar. I urge you to choose them if you are considering several other top roofers in Houston. I would strongly encourage those who might have other renovation needs, in addition to their roofing project, to utilize them. They are both SO understanding, patient, and above all, positive!! I just had my roof replaced by JC&C Roofing and they did a fantastic job. I actually had to have the roof decking replaced also because it was sagging so Christian suggested radiant barrier backed decking and I am so glad he did, I am looking forward to lower electric bills. The roofers were very professional and what I loved best was that they dont use nail guns on the shingles so my dogs were not totally freaked out through the whole process. Christian also helped me pick out the best color of tile for my house and I think it looks great. We also had our gutters replaced and the new ones make the house look so much better, they made such a huge difference. JC&C Roofing went above and beyond of what I expected them to do and that is the reason I would recommend them every time.
