it was terrible! They started working on my roof Sept 16, 2016 in the morning and actually still is not completed to satisfaction and to this day still trying to get it corrected with many trips back and forth to my house and me missing work to meet them at times. The workers took it upon them selves to go to my barn and empty a wheel barrel and a Rubbermaid farm cart to haul the old shingles to their trailer. AND end up breaking the cart. There are gashes in my siding where old shingles were thrown off the roof onto boards that were leaned up against the house to "protect" the siding... needles to say every time it hit the boards it chipped the siding. They promised to take my deck furniture off before they started as part of the deal but just pushed the pieces to the front of the deck instead. They put a tarp down to throw the old shingles down then drag off the deck to the dump trailer. in the process broke a class top table and snagged a few boards of the deck. When we inspected the work that was done found open seams the call was made to my sales person and started with trying to get all on the issues resolved. Still trying... I have had 3 people come by to look at the roof for references. After they looked around it close up they went to other roofing companies. I spoke with 4 other companies before I decided on BUCK Roofing. I had heard and seen many good things about them but my roof experience with them is NOTHING to what I expected.

We had a small leak in our roof. We telephoned a roofing company, and the person that came out spent about an hour and a half and could not find the problem. Remembering the recommendation of Toby Tobin, we telephoned Buck Roofing. Dave showed up early and had to wait a few minutes until we returned home. After a few minutes, Dave came down from the roof and told us the problem was fixed. He caulked around one of the rubber seals on a vent pipe. Dave said that there was no charge, just telephone them if we have a major problem. We were extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend Buck Roofing. Bruce and Linda Hall

Called on phone at the recommendation of my insurance company when my roof was destroyed during a wind storm. I was told to ask for Chase. It was an emergency situation (a tree was on my house). I was told by insurance that the roofer would tarp. When Chase called back several hours later. I had to listen to how he thought the tree people should do it and how busy he was. He even dropped an s-bomb to me on the phone. My house was destroyed and he was whining about how busy he was. Any way they tarped it somewhat. I will pay for the tarping but I have hired someone more pleasant and not stressed about how busy they are at the time.

Buck roofing did my roof repair last September. I asked them to repair the whole roof and their proposal included replacing shakes where there are missing ones, exposed felt, and worst cracked ones without specifying area. My roof leaked again this year resulting from exposed felts and I called them back to look at. When I asked why, he told me they only repaired the front roof above the front door last year.
