This company has great employees but Doug Galant (owner) I cant say to much for. He puts a good show on for everybody, but thats all it is a show. I worked at Pyramid for almost 10years and seen MANY people come and go. After almost 10 years I had a great opportunity presented to me, not with a competitor or even with a nother roofing company. So I thought long and hard about it and decided that this is a great opportunity and gave Doug my 2 weeks. So in my 10 years from what Ive seen normally he say there is no need for the two weeks you just need to leave. This time he lets me put in my 2 weeks and Im totally fine with it it gives me a chance to get my replacement up to speed. Only fare to him. During this two weeks Doug is completely normal and friendly with me. Im think what is going on here this is totally abnormal behavior from him in this situation. So Im like ok maybe he has turned a new leaf. So after my two weeks the last day Im say my goodbyes to my co works and they are wishing me good luck. So at the end of the day I walk into Dougs office and Shook his hand and gave him a hug and thank him for everything hes done for me over the 10 years. I told him to give me a call if theres anything that I can help him out with and said good bye. He never once during my 2 weeks or the last day thank me, wish me luck, or congratulated me. He really is heartless and out for himself and thats all that matters to him. You can ask any ex employee or even many employees that are still there. I only say this because I figured out how true it was 2 weeks after I had left I tried to communicate with him via text and he called me a couple hours later to tell me that pretty much I was never his friend in that sense I am not a co-worker now so he wont talk to me or Im not allowed to visit his house. REALLY THAT IS THE OWNER OF PYRAMID ROOFING.

I work in customer service and can understand the business side of most situations. However, my current experience with Pyramid Roofing Company has been both frustrating and unacceptable. Recently I purchased a home that Pyramid had installed a new roof on 5-6 years ago. The previous owner left me the receipts. I called about warranty work and their soonest opening was 2 weeks out. Though that seemed like a long time when you have a leaking roof I understood they were busy. No big deal. I made the appointment. So 2 weeks later I called to confirm the appointment. They couldnt even find me in their system. Not only was there no appointment scheduled, I didnt even exist in their system! The receptionist calls back and says a salesperson would be able to visit me next week. I reminded her I originally had called in 2 weeks ago about warranty work. She then explains their warranty can only be transferred to a new owner within 5 years of the life of the roof. So we have a company that fails to even properly schedule their customers and finds loopholes to avoid any warranty work. Against my better judgement I rescheduled for a salesperson to come give me a quote. A week later he shows up and writes up a very expensive bid and said if I signed they could begin work in apx 2 weeks. I declined and decided to get a quote from another company. The second company I called came the same day, fixed the issue the same day, and charged $700 less than Pyramid! They were timely, respectful, truthful, and fair. Everything Pyramid is not. Pyramid roofing is the definition of a scam. There is no business or service that I would recommend LESS. They will not install your roof properly. They will not show up when scheduled. They will not honor their own warranties for shoddy workmanship. And they will vastly overcharge for their awful services. Stay away!

Let me first start by saying that we only gave this company a call because USAA referred us to them. I called them on Wednesday to try to get somebody out to our house to get a quote for a whole roof repair. I shouldve just hung up the phone the minute I heard the rudeness in the persons voice that answered the call. She was rude, she didnt seem like she wanted our business at all, and didnt even say bye either, she just hung up the phone as I was still asking a question. Anyways, we set up an appointment for today at 3pm. I know its not a big deal, but my husband missed an event at my daughters school just to wait for the Steven guy that was suppose to come out to us. I come home at 3:24 thinking the roofer guy had already left only to find out that he hasnt even been at the house nor did we receive a phone call. Out of frustration I called the number again, and the same rude lady answered the phone. I explained to her what happened and to no surprise I got nothing but rudeness out of her. She asked my address and I told her not to worry about it as we dont want your business after all. 10 Minutes later after I called (34minutes after the said appointment). Steve called my husband, and we told them we dont want your business. So if this is how you guys treat people, 4 stars is not deserving. I have called a few other roofing companies and the person that answer their phones are as nice as could be and the way customers should be talked to. The fact that nobody showed up at our house at the time they said they were gonna be is unprofessional, unacceptable and is awful customer service.

This company produces solid work and staffs employees who care and produce. Great workmanship and service. However, I have witnessed a company operation that runs on a disposable employee base. Whatever happened to taking care of your employees and allowing your employees to reciprocate? The disposable atmosphere finally struck too close to home putting my closest family member without employment and health insurance. But, the kicker is that the employees wife has been critically ill for the last several months and was recently given an answer that may provide continued life with an upcoming surgery. The wife was just released from the hospital and days later the employee was terminated on the last day of the month; last day of insurance. No reason; termination. Reason or not, business IS business, true, but to complete business it takes Product, Service, Culture and Integrity. Wheres the integrity and moral.

If I could leave worse that 1 star I would. Where do I even start. The roof itself looks good. But they completely distroyed my trim and siding in front of my house. Its going to all have to be replaced and re painted. I climbed up to look at the damage that I could noticeably see from my front yard and when I got up there I started to get more and more mad. My rep seems nice but I havent seen anyone over here to fix it or even attempt to tell me the plan to fix my house. What happen to good quality work now a days???. Ill update my review after its fixed. But at this point I want to call my own people and send them the bill to fix it. If they are going to send a crew out here like they did the roof Im not confident it will be done correctly. If I could post pictures on this review I would and you would understand my frustration.
