First I would like to address the naysayers, not all people can be pleased if your pressed for time call ahead and ask how long the wait is for walk-ins. As for their customer service; which is spot on by the way, maybe you are too needy and uptight my experience was outstanding. I called ahead and let them know what time I would be there they made me a reservation and upon arrival I was immediately helped. I had my 5 year old daughter with me which was doing her homework while I was being helped. Jordan was my stylist and after explaining what I wanted she understood and did an amazing job. She even helped my daughter with her homework while cutting my hair, if that not customer service I dont know what is. She even apologized for stepping in which she didnt need to I was fine with extra set of eyes. Now for what really matters the cut. I am very picky and never really know how I feel about a cut until I go home and examine it closely. I could not find any mistakes. Jordan not only has great customer service, she has a great personality and is amazing with scissors, straight edge, and clippers. I highly recommend this place. She reminded me that they are very busy at times and to make sure to book an appointment as they honor those first(as it should be). This was my first time but will not be my last!! Great job it take a lot for me to be this happy and to actually write a review. Keep it up you are doing an amazing job. Im so glad I was recommended to this gem!

Amazing. Granted, Ive only been the one time but I was TRULY impressed. I cant begin to explain how hard it always seems to be for me to find someone who can actually give me a good haorcut. Maybe its the way I explain what I want, maybe its my hair or maybe good barbers are just THAT hard to find. I got my haircut by the owner. She was super friendly and laid back. Its always great when a small business makes you feel like family, especially when its hyper local like this one (basically inside a residential neighborhood). The shop was clean too... but bottom line, she did a GREAT job on my hair and beard. Honestly, she couldve been a jerk (she wasnt) and the shop couldve been a dump (it wasnt) for all I care, as long as the actual cut is as good as it was! Minor note, the drink they offered was a tad warm, but Ill still rate the Shop 5 stars considering how inconsequential that is. Its like going to an amazing hotel and then getting mints you dont like on the pillow. it really isnt what youre there for. Just thought Id put some constructive criticism to balance out my absolute enthusiasm to have finally found a place to get a GOOD hair cut... Im way over due to go back.

I was less than impressed. First off they advertise taking walk-ins and when we walked in we were given an appointment 45 minutes later. Jordan seemed rushed and annoyed that we would even come in without an appointment and didnt bother to ask us what we wanted. When we came back the girl who did my sons hair (who is 19 by the way, his mother brought him, thanks for offering him a beer) seemed really put out that we wanted a haircut and a full close shave. My son hasnt shaved all summer and it was a pretty big job. She did end up doing the shave but after spending almost $60 (tip included), my son had to go home and actually shave the stubble off. A man walked in while we were there and was told they didnt have time to do what looked like a simple haircut because everyone was tied up, then Jordan proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes playing with a customers dog. They dont really want business too bad at this location it seems, unless maybe you are a single male they can flirt with.

I went there for the very first time a couple Saturdays ago and Mindy took great care of me. She listened to what I had concerns about and she was on the same page. WE, not her, we decided to leave one side alone and just trim it up because it was terribly messed up from my last hair cut from a barber I had gone to for 8 years. She totally understood what needed to be done and what didnt at this visit. THAT WAS AWESOME!! I will definitely go back to Mindy and the Shop for all my haircuts in the future. Sorry old barber you really screwed up. Oh one more very important thing I also left out, the cost of my haircut was actually much cheaper and she did the same amount of work the old barber did. WOW They also give veterans and military people discounts on ever visit. WOW again!! If you want a great haircut and great conversation, than stop where your going and go to the Shop. You will not regret it.

Wasted almost 2 hours of my day here. First time going and Im never going back. I didnt even get a haircut. They had me waiting like an idiot after I had made an appointment. I was literally ignored while waiting there too. Two people got there after me and were helped before me even though I had made an appointment. When I finally got up and said something they didnt know what to say. One of them finally offered to cut my hair but with a horrible attitude. So I just walked out. Dont recommend it either if youre looking for a good fade. The hair I did see them do was pretty basic. #supercuts

I made an appointment for a haircut at 11:45. It was almost noon before anyone at the shop acknowledged that I was there. One of the stylists told me that her colleague was running behind and invited me to have a beer. The stylist in question was just starting another haircut so it would have been at least 30 minutes and probably longer before we could get started. A fancy computerized scheduling program isnt much good if you cant meet the schedule. Disappointed. Still looking for a new place to get my hair cut only because the place I went to for many years closed.

Ive been here twice.. first time was good so i decided to call to make an appointment for 3pm then when I arrived at 3pm it turned out the lady booked my for 2:45 without letting me know, they ended up getting me in but the person who cut my hair was rushing the job. she did a good job but it felt rushed and i got no apology for the wrong scheduling.. they do a good job if you get a haircut here I would HIGHLY recommend triple checking your appointment time

The shop was empty on a Monday afternoon with two barbers sitting by their chairs, so I figured Id see if I could get a quick walk in trim. Instead I was told it would be a three hour wait before they could help me. It seems like a nice enough shop, but if your barbers arent interested in taking walk ins during slow times then simply advertise that you operate by appointment only. My search for a new barbershop will continue elsewhere.
