I first tried the Austin Ranch Uptown Yoga studio through a Groupon pass and immediately became hooked! This is the first yoga studio I have loved enough to invest in a year-long, unlimited membership. The studio is attractive, open, and conveniently located. The instructors rock! Each one brings something unique and wonderful into the yoga room. I feel like I learn something new about my body everyday and love the challenge each class brings. Practicing yoga regularly has helped dramatically in lowering my anxiety and I no longer need regular massages to relieve back and neck tension as I used to. I would recommend Austin Ranch Uptown Yoga studio to anyone!

I am visiting from Oklahoma and found Uptown yoga in GOOGLE. It has been a most wonderful experience to feel comfortable and at home on the road. I practice at The Mats Edge in Oklahoma City and can only hope that travelers feel as welcome at our facility. I practiced with Stephanie and she took into account my severe asthma and helped me throughout the practice to position myself in a way that would minimize my chronic cough. She went online before class to research this. I cannot express my gratitude adequately. It is a source of embarrassment for me and limiting. I have sang your praises in OKC- expect a few Okie gypsies in upcoming classes;>

I really wanted to like this place since its across the street from my apartment, but its lacking warmth from the instructors and the regulars that Ive experienced from other studios. During the month I went, i took from several instructors, most of whom were great, attentive and gave wonderful guidance. My frustration is that not one instructor asked how long Ive been practicing, what kind of yoga Ive done, etc. The only interaction I had with one instructor was when she condescendingly told me how great it was that I tried an Advcanced flow class. I get that Im not a size 2, but seriously!? Thanks but no thanks.

Ive been to The Colony location and they are GREAT. My first time doing yoga (or any sort of exercise class) and the instructors are so helpful. They helped with my form and tailor the class so that both beginners and experts can enjoy the same class. The studio is also very clean, which was important to me. I would definitely recommend Uptown Yoga for anyone looking to start yoga or switch studios.

This place would be amazing if they werent crooks. Had the office put our membership on pause while on vacation and was told to just let them know when we want to unpause it. They never did and charged us for 3 months while we were overseas. Awful business practices. My wife really enjoyed the classes but just dont give them your credit card information.

I love the teachers of Uptown Yoga. They really care about the students and ensure the poses are done correctly to prevent injury! Three classes at night are really convenient for the working moms - now there are no excuses for not exercising! I almost hate to recommend this hidden gem....However, the more, the merrier !!

Uptown Yoga is a serene studio with top notch yoga instruction. If you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, you will enjoy this studio. My husband and I love it because it is both relaxing and challenging. Give it a try you will be glad you did!
