No one answers to set an appointment. No answering machine and it sounds like someone hangs up on you after it rings forever. Website has no pricing info or a way to set an appointment. Website says you will get a $2 off coupon for signing up but has no mention of how to redeem the $2 off. Very confusing and unprofessional! Idk how well they cut hair because I was never able to set an appt.

The ladies get along great, the vibe is fantastic, they have great customer service as well! Always prompt and ready, they dont have prices online which is sorta a bummer, but every hair is different and varies. Smart styles does NOT do online booking. Just walk in to have a Free consultation.

Had an apt for 11am Sunday 3/19/17 for a haircut for husband and a wash and dry for myself. Showed up at 11 and they were closed! Tried calling phone behind gates was ringing and no one was there...
