I love ProdEdgy! Lorrin is my stylist and shes a wizard with a pair of scissors! The girl is constantly getting me compliments when I leave the salon. Shes great at giving me the change I want as we work to grow out my hair. She has given me gorgeous color as well and doesnt get upset when I come back to her crying about hair mishaps Ive done to myself between visits. Ive been going for over a year now and dont reget it. The salon is Aveda and youre always treated with a great massage and shampoo before your transformation starts. The prices are excellent since its a "new artist" salon but Ill tell you all of the girls are trained very well. The atmosphere is chic but not uninviting. I love my trips here and plan to continue to go for some time. Its a luxury salon experience (and I would know I use to work at a salon that charged on average $70.00 per haircut) at a budget friendly price. Perfect for the thrifty and smart fashionista.

I asked for a half inch to be trimmed from my hair, since Im growing it out... halie cut the crap out of my hair. I asked her to stop cutting my layers twice. Also asked for my hair to be toned back to platinum and it is ash blonde. Im so unhappy with my hair and I was just getting longer like I liked. It literally made me cry. Never going back to prodigy again, and Ive been going there for years. Oh and something about a cancelation policy where they had to take my credit card a day ahead of time. Did I mention how unhappy I am with my hair?

I had in the past gone to Prodedgy and was very happy and for some reason I stopped going. Decided to make an appointment for a hair cut Stylist really DID not listen to me nor did she ask any questions. Told her I wanted SAME style just that it had grown. . I like another poster had Hillary and she was "CUT Happy" My hair hasnt been this short in forever. May not need another cut until Fall! I also want to shed tears and husband is NOT at all pleased. The 3 stars is only given for front desk and how well salon is kept clean

I have been going here when they started about 30 years ago. Well, I had to cancel Nov. 30th and it is nov.18 today. THEY INFORMED ME OF A CANCELLATION POLICY...NOW IT SEEMS IF YOU CANCEL THE FIRST TIME SHE EXPLAINS TO YOU THAT THE NEXT TIME YOU CANCEL YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD ETC. I WAS SO UPSET I HUNG UP. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME !!!!! Did they get too big with all their Salons north Texas?

Came here to get my hair done and I ended up leaving with orange hair instead of a golden blonde. When I made a comment about it the stylist said I was looking at it in the wrong light and walked away. Spent 290 and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed anyways. This was a terrible experience

Justine is the best stylist here! I love going to ProdEdgy - between the atmosphere, the friendly service, and the awesome haircut I receive every time I go in, I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Austin/San Marcos/New Braunfels/San Antonio region.

Very affordable. Quality service. Some stylists are better than others (I love Karen). But I havent seen anyone walking out that looked like they had gone to a "budget" salon.

Prodigy worked me in on short notice. Jordan for my color and Haley for my cut was by far the best color and cut I have had in years. Stylist are super conscientious.
