I dont get it. Every single time I have been here I have a not so great experience. Everyone seems miserable. I do get a very nice greeting every time I walk in, likely because its mandatory, but other than that...service is lacking. I tend to ask for help (dont feel like I ask too much) and I am always greeted by annoyance. Ill get help, but they dont seem happy about it. Every time I leave, I tell myself I will never go back. This was it. Im done. Sorry you are all so miserable, find a new job.

Extremely poor service, I drop at least a hundred dollars in this store often. And I can NEVER find anyone to help me. Have literally stood in the store and said help loudly, and raised my hand trying to get help. This place has the worst staff that I have ever encountered

Their computer was having a...moment. And it took a while, but they were very friendly. I feel like Ulta is the best beauty store outside of being able to test products in-store. As far as customer service goes, though, theyre very down-to-earth.

Arrived (only customer in front of store) and 4 workers chat as I look. A worker came from tha back and I grabbed her attention. I asked if she could help me find a different shade of ULTA brand makeup. She said no, sorry. Really?
