As Im styling my hair this morning and cringing at the broken off pieces of hair sticking out all over the place, I wonder to myself why I have yet to post a review about this salon. Well, here it goes. Ive had 2 services preformed at this salon and they both completely and utterly DESTROYED my hair. Here is a summary of both: Haircut by Morgan. See uploaded photos. I have no idea what in the world she was doing here. Its almost like she just despised me and this was her way of getting at me. I had to come back in to get it fixed (for free), but my hair had to be cut MUCH shorter than I ever would want in order to fix it. The girls at the salon took pics of my hair and said it looked like a little girl had cut her Barbies hair. YEAH. Disaster #1. Balayage by Melissa. See uploaded photos. Melissa put me under the dryer, which apparently is not supposed to be done with balayage treatment. My hair broke off in almost every place possible, starting 2 inches down from my roots (exactly where the balayage began). There is no way to repair this. My hair has to grow out completely. Also, the highlights were an outright joke. Refer to photos. I came back to have this fixed (for free), and the girl who corrected the baylayage was SHOCKED by what Melissa had done. "I cant figure it out..." were her exact words. Disaster #2. Besides the fact that my hair has been annihilated TWICE at this salon, Im also frustrated that I was not refunded my money. I deeply feel the need to warn others of these catastrophic hair experiences! P.S.-- I messaged the owner, Danielle Benson, on Facebook after the second hair disaster happened in March 2016. She "read" the message but never replied. After explaining the problems and attaching pics to the message, one would assume the owner would want to contact you directly.

I just had my hair color, highlights, and cut done with Xavier. First of all, let me say, I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so given the excellent service and satisfaction. I moved here 15 years ago and have been bouncing around salons trying to find a fit. I think Ive finally found it! I have to say, I was previously spoiled going to San Francisco for cuts; but Xavier is an excellent stylist, colorist, and made me feel very well taken care of. So did the owner, Danielle. Honestly, I didnt expect them to honor the groupon having not been to a salon for 4 months and chopping it all off, but they did. I am so appreciative for the warmth, courtesy, and quality of service I received. Very well done.

I went to Melissa today for hair color and a cut. She knew better than I did what I wanted my hair to look like. She is easy to talk to, she listens and my hair turned out perfect! What a relief to go to a friendly, comfortable salon and get great results too. Thanks Melissa!

So glad I found this salon!!! I love my cut and color! We just re-located and I had to leave my beloved colorist behind....but Melissa did a fantastic job of continuing my color, just as I had it before. She does a great cut and style, as well! I am VERY satisfied!!!
