Absolutely awful! I have never had a worse experience. There is an honest review already posted here. It is the one who rated them with a 0! I bought my best friend a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. When he tried to get his massage he was told no because it had expired. It was less than six months from when I bought it. I asked to speak with the owner and she screamed at me over the phone and completely blew up! She did not offer to refund my money and she would not listen to a single word that I (the customer) had to say. She was completely unreasonable. She was defensive from the start and said that she would have her lawyer contact me. Lawyer? I simply wanted to get this resolved. She is clearly "crazy" and I caution anyone who is thinking about going to her business. Please listen to my review as I am trying to take actions to warn others. Terrible, ridiculous, unprofessional, and just down right wrong!

This is Sibylle - I had a Brazilian Keratin Treatment done by Kathryn Brown and was very happy about the outcome. Kathryn is not just an excellent hair stylist, she is a true artist! In my opinion, her creativity and talent puts her in the ranks of a celebrity hair stylist - and she is "only" 21! I see a great future for her as a hair stylist, and she will have me as her client forever. Make an appointment with her - you will not be disappointed - whatever she has done for me so far has exceeded all my expectations from a hair stylist. Thank you so much, Kathryn! :) PS: Sorry, I am using my partners email address. No, it is not him who got the Brazilian treatment - it is me, his girlfriend. He is deeply concerned about him being perceived as going to the hair stylist ... I hope I can ease his worries about this statement.

From the second you walk in the salon, you are treated first class and pampered through your whole experience. Ati has been taking care of my hair for the past three years. Ati is extremely professional, he really listens to me and "gets it". If you are sitting in Atis chair you will feel special and Im sure he treats everyone that way. The salon also sells all kinds of products and make up and the staff is knowledgeable about the products without pressuring you to buy anything. Yes the salon is beautiful, but it is a reflection of the people who work there. If you want to go to a salon where the customer is sincerely appreciated, Villa Salon & Spa is the place to go. I have been twice and wont go back. The haircut was good, but the stylist would only style my hair the way she wanted and not how I asked her to do it. The worst part was that she kept trying to hard sell and up sell shampoo, conditioner, "shine treatment" (which I tried and it left my scalp burning!), the "better" & much more expensive hair color, etc. It was obvious that the salon policy is to make as much money as possible off each client, without regard for what the client actually wants. Terrible business practice!!

This salon treats you in the best way possible. The up front staff is wonderful, espicially the salon coordinator. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted, and treated, with the best smile, hospitality, and the latest and greatest hair, skin and body services and products. As a new client, i was happy not only with the services that I and my family received, but with warm welcome from the entire staff, including the owners. I recommend that you come to Villa Salon and Spa, for all your beauty needs!

Villa Salon is amazing! From the minute you walk in you feel very welcomed! Amys happy personality makes me smile! The owners are both professional and personable and make you feel special! Rema is my stylist and her pretty smile and love for what she does is contagious! Not to mention she is great with color and I always walk out looking FAB! Highly recommend Villa! Its not just a salon but an EXPERIENCE!

This Salon was absolutely terrible! I just moved to Austin and figured I would try this salon out. They say they are a high end salon when I walked in the Receptionist was in "Training" and had no idea what she was doing, then the Manager came in screaming at her and the whole thing made me very uncomfortable! I will NEVER go to this salon again, besides a good haircut there was nothing GOOD about this salon!

Wow you need to experience the new Villa Salon & Spa in Westlake. Ati is the best hair care provider in Texas and he has opened a very high end spa. Ati is always willing to spoil his clients but now he has created an environment that makes you feel really pampered and special. Recommend you let Ati and his team spoil you at the new Villa Salon & Spa. You deserve the best and now we have it in Westlake!

This is the best salon Ive found in Austin in 30 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Since I moved her in 1980, Ive been subject to one stylist move after another. Transitional population? Call it what you will but finally I have found the nirvana of the hair styling world. Ginette cut my hair that day and it looks terrific. Villa Salon you’ve got my business!

Wow.... This is What you call a Salon.... The Crew was AMAZING, the receptionist (Son of the Owner) was extremely helpful and catered to all my needs being anywhere to a glass of wine, to booking my next appointment! They treated me so well and i left with an uplifting attitude that gets your day running! Thanks Villa!

I love Villa Salon and have been going since it opened. It really is a beautiful salon in the heart of Westlake (dont have to deal with downtown traffic and parking) and Ati and his crew provide the absolute best customer service. Its always a fun visit and my hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave!

Had my second visit to the Villa Salon and WOW... I thought the first visit was great but Tiffani really blew me away! I can honestly say I loved everything she did to my hair. From the highlights, the cut and then the style, she is amazing! Villa Salon just gained a lifetime customer.
