Do not take your child here! Ive had very bad experience here and have even tried to contact the owner to tell them, but they never call back. Problems 1. Child would come home with our kids clothes on. 2. When received an injury, they wouldnt share details 3. Had other kids binkies in her mouth 4. Would feed other kids with the food I supplied for my child. 5. Hardly filled out Daily take home record. 6. Horrible Customer Service 7. Will not work with you Used this service for about 6 months $640 per month. They jus want your money and dont really care about your child.

VERY Unsafe!!! The childcare site in Waxhachie is currently under a CPS investigation after reports were made that the teachers are harsh and yell at the kids. On one occassion a teacher was seen dragging a child from her feet kicking and screaming down the hall. Violations are listed on CPS childcare website. Staff is non responsive to parent concerns and harsh with the children when parents leave. Beware, it is not what it seems!!!

I have been using Firehouse Kids in Waxahachie for the last 4 years and love them! My first son started at 2 years old and went until he started Kindergarten. My second son is 6 months old and is now there and has been since he was 6 weeks old. I was terrified to put him in daycare so young but that have made it so easy! And he loves his teachers!

My son really enjoys going here. I appreciate how clean and professional this facility is. We use the Waxahachie location. I havent noticed any deficiencies in the child care. We put our son there on the recommendation of one our of our friends. Their child also attends Firehouse and they are very satisfied with the care.

Said they would work with me when I was out of town, then when it came up they tried to charge me for time. Not a very reasonable business and only out to make money, 1/2 the time I never got daily reports and my child was always hungry when I picked her up.
