I tried to buy a promotion from smash box, and it happened to be the last one. It was still on the shelf, and I was actually really excited. I had been wanting this product forever. So I go the the check out line, and wait about 15 minutes. There was only one cashier, but like 5 others talking to each other; not acknowledging all of us standing in line. I finally get to the register, and the cashier then tells me I cannot buy the smash box product Ive been dying to have forever, because it was the last one. I was like so? She then tells me I cant buy it, because there is no bar code. Theres no way she can find it in the system, and she then told me that there will not be anymore coming in since it was a promotion. I wasnt upset with the cashier, but I did want to speak to management to see if there was something they could do. Well, management never came to the register to talk to me. I didnt want to hold any of the other customers up any longer. I was at the only register, until the second cashier finally came after about 30 minutes. I usually love Ulta, but this was just a bad experience. Hopefully, it happens to no one else! I can say I give the cashier props for handling my situation, along with other impatient customers.

I usually love Ulta, but this location... it is so bad! I cant say how many times Ive gone in looking for a generic beauty product (stippling brush usually used for foundation and several other things) and the employee(s) simply did not know what it was. Im no beauty guru by any means, but I know the basics, and I feel like Ulta employees should as well! This has happened on multiple occasions with different employees. The one girl helping me with foundation matching was not even matching my foundation correctly (nobody matches your foundation to the skin on your face...it is naturally going to be lighter than the rest of your body...Im not the only one who knows this, right?!) While some of the employees are very nice and willing to help, the majority of them seem like they have no clue when it comes to beauty/skin care! Sephora in the JC penny across the highway is a different experience entirely..if you want a knowledgeable staff, Id recommend them! I think the best part of this location is the brow girl named Audrey. Shes fantastic! Just wish Ulta would educate their staff more or hire knowledgeable staff.

Disgusted by the manager Brook and her employee with the rainbow hair. Very unprofessional and rude. They told me, couldnt return some items I purchased within the month, and tell me its more than half finished. How did you go about measuring it? All you did was look at me and than look at the item. Its not even accurate assessment. Even when I asked for there names, they just rolled there eyes at me. When I filed a complaint with the company they said its very common for complaints of this nature from various stores. I was able to get a refund just didnt go back there and wouldnt recommend them.

So far, Ive only experienced great customer service. The ladies working there are nice. As far as their knowledge about makeup... Not the best. Each time Ive gone in Ive been told something I knew was not accurate, like certain makeup being "new" or "coming soon". Usually when I go into an Ulta they are very knowledgable about their products, especially the major name brands. But other than that they have an overall good service
