My husband and I went to tour this facility for our child. We got there later in the day and there was toilet paper coming out of the bathrooms into the hallway. Kids were running around everywhere (which we didnt mind) and as we were touring the "new" director stopped to talk about a staff meeting and chit chat with her coworkers. We didnt think much of it and the director seemed promising and said she is really turning this place around. We signed our son up to start and he went in for 1 day. I called a few times throughout the day to check on my son. (3-4 times) I was told if anything happens that day that they would call me. I never heard anything all day! Even with me calling. I went to pick him up and as I walked in the director lady and another lady saw me and turned white in the face. I asked what was wrong and the other lady walked away from me. The director turn to me and breathe out and said that my child was bit that day by another child. I knew this happens sometimes that daycare so I was just very shocked that I didnt hear anything when I had called so many times earlier that day. So I brushed it off and have her walk me to my son even though on the inside I was fuming. Before we reached my son she explained to me that my son had pushed the other kid down off of him when he was being bitten. She then told me that my son got in trouble for doing that. At this point I was upset. I turned and asked so my child is not allowed to defend himself? She then told me that violence isnt tolerated in this facility from him anyone. As we turned the corner she stopped at a room that her baby was in. She talked to her baby picked her baby up and cuddled her baby while she talked to the teacher for a minute. I had not been back here yet so I did not know which room my kid was in. She just kept conversing well I was trying to get to my child especially just finding out that he got hurt. We finally get to his classroom and he sees me and starts melting down crying for me so I pick him up immediately and leave. His face is a huge welt/ bite mark! With punctures skin!! I asked why I wasnt notified about this and she tells me that they dont tell until the parents get here! Even though I called SO many times! As I was walking out I asked The director dont I need to sign paperwork for this injury? She smiled and said oh yes of course yes you do you cant leave yet so then we go to the front where all the paperwork is and I signed the paperwork and she tries to send me on her way. And then turn to her and tell her that I need a copy as well. She looks stunned at this point and says oh yes of course I know that you need paperwork and asks another lady to copy the injury report for me. The assistant director or other lady in the story took 15 minutes to figure out how to copy the paperwork and I eventually had to help her. Once I received the paperwork there were parts left a blank like the time this happened who was involved with the injury what the teachers name was… Everything the only thing that was filled out was that my child was bit. I know its so that they can say That even though I called four times that day it didnt happen in between those phone calls even though they were spread out throughout the whole day. We finally get out of there and I call my husband and tell him what happened. He got upset and called and told them that we will be removing ourselves from this facility and would like our money back. Then the director told my husband that she never said my son got in trouble for defending him myself even though later she apologized to me for it. We have not had the best experience with the daycares but this one was by far the worst. Nobody knew what they were doing and I was later told that these teachers did not have proper training by the director… Even though she didnt know what she was doing either. I would suggest going anywhere but here.

This daycare was the only facility I could find that had an immediate opening for an infant. They had good online reviews but I guess they had just hired a new director when my kids started. There is no organization at all in scheduling staff members I was told I could bring my kids whenever, they never know how many kids to expect or how many teachers they need. Almost every time I drop my infant off there are already six infants there and only one staff member caring for them. The staff turnover is about 2 weeks so it depends on the week what kind of care your children receive. 2-3 times a week my daughter would tell me "Ethan bit me again" after we are in the car, so we have to go back inside so the teacher can quickly make up an incident report. The same child has bit her hard enough to break the skin 4 times and Im still being told theres nothing more they can do. I highly recommend looking up all the citations this facility has on their state license because I believe that says it all.

Play 2 Learn has been amazing with my 2 girls, I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They love going to school! My 1 year old lights up each morning when she sees her teachers, and my 3 year old will tell me how much fun she had at daycare each day! The owners are super hands on and they are always willing to go the extra mile for the children! This is my first time working away from my kids and the P2L staff and new Director have made this huge transition easy on me! She will go into the classrooms and have the teachers talk to me when I call to see how my girls are doing! I cant even begin to explain how great they are to me and my family! I recommend everyone to go check it out, the minute you walk in and get a tour it will assure you that your kids are in good and safe hands!

My 4 year old daughter loves her preschool teachers. All of her teachers are very welcoming and I really know that they care about my daughter. I know that she is learning everyday. My daughter always has a really fun art projects for her to take home which I love to see her creativity. I also love that she comes home and sings to me the songs that she has learned. The center is very clean, with large windows, and plenty of space for the children to play. I have been very happy with Play2Learn Academy.

Play 2 Learn has been amazing with my children. I just recently had to get a new job and the new director has made this transition much easier on me. I love how the new director called me the first day to let me know how my children were doing. Both ladies are very friendly and always greet me when I arrive. The center is very clean and smells nice, not too strong of chemicals. I know that my children are in good hands while I am away. Excellent daycare.
