Avoid this place - they have no concern for your clothing and the absolute worst customer service. Ive been going there for almost 3 years, only because theyre close to my house. Recently, they lost one of my shirts before I was heading on a vacation (this was 3 months ago) - Ive gone in and talked to the girls that work there around 10 times to see whats going on with my missing shirt, and they tell me the same story - theyre looking for it at the main location, but it hasnt been found. When I express how frustrated I am and would like something to be done about my shirt that will obviously never be found (come on, its been 3 months!), they say theyll have the owner contact me. Its been at least 6 weeks of telling me the owner will contact me, and I still havent heard from the guy. Luckily, it was a brand new shirt so I was able to buy a replacement, but they should be responsible for refunding my lost money, or at least give me a credit for the inconvenience! Its not that difficult to make sure you keep your customers satisfied!! Until this situation is rectified and they learn how to take care of their customers, Id avoid this place at all costs!

We came to this cleaner primarily because it was close to our home. They have melted the collar on a cotton dress shirt and blamed it on the manufacturer. They tore a hole in an expensive suit and tried to patch it unsuccessfully and unapologetically. Things often need to be brought back because stains were not removed even after specifying. One suit in particular had to be brought back three times to get it done. The manager and owner are both ignoring calls. We would not recommend this business at all.

I will never go back to this place. They did not do what I requested, overcharged me, and the quality of the ironing was terrible.
