Do not go here. I went there to wash a comforter and put money into the soap machine to buy Tide 3 times thinking I might have done it wrong. This lady who barely speaks English started yelling at me since I kept pulling the lever for soap. Then she proceeded to open the machine where there were 3 Quarters sitting inside the main part of the machine and she refused to open the part of the machine where my money would have gone. I assured her that I put 12 Quarters in the machine and she rudely argued with me that I put NONE in. She called the manager to check the cameras and said it would be an hour before he could call me back because he lives in West Valley. Then about 5 minutes later she called me back saying I only put in 6 quarters. I know 3 dollars is not a big deal the big deal is the dishonesty and thievery. They do not deserve your money because they are not good people. Please go somewhere else.

Well, my husband and I were staying at Super 8 in Lehi and I really needed to do some laundry and found this place. The do it yourself laundromat side was very clean and huge. They have 34 washers and 27 dryers. Some washers are $2.75 but they work and do a good job. Dryers are .25 every 6 mintues. But makes my job so easy to do laundry. Lots of folding area too. Has vending machine, atm machine and change machine. Plus a restroom. Very quiet. Will definitely recommend this to others. My husband got placed in a job in Saratoga springs, utah and this place would be ideal for other placed guys to do their wash. Thanks.

I was expecting this place to be like most other laundromats, but I was pleasantly pleased when I walked in the door. The place was large and there were many machines to choose from. There were front loading and top loading washers, and the dryers were huge. They have lots of space to fold laundry and lots of places to sit while you wait for your laundry to wash and dry. There were vending machines for laundry supplies, and snacks too. The place was clean and bright. I would do laundry there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I took my boyfriends $200 pants in to be dry cleaned and the lady gave me the wrong pants back. When I went back in, she continued to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and that there was no way she gave me the wrong pants back. Yet, the pants were 4 sizes larger than the pants I brought in there. I was not offered any sort of reimbursement and I will never go back!

Zero stars if I could. The owner doesnt even care about how the customers are being treated. She just lets her kid run around, bug the custumers, get in everyones face, stop the washers, and steal belongings. I experienced almost all the above. The owner just watched and did nothing. By all means, you will save grief, time, and money elsewhere.

I wont go back. They dont guarantee their work. I had a skirt altered and after wearing it twice the hem came undone. I took it back in so that they could fix it and they said they would have to charge me full price again. I wont go back again even thought the location is very convenient for me.

The washers had no hot water and after telling the woman who "works" here said she couldnt help. She also wouldnt give us a new washer after seeing the problem, she said she would make us pay again for another washer.

To wash two loads of laundry here cost me about $10. Plus, the washers I used left the clothes still with a lot of the detergent powder still grainy in the clothes. Ill never go here again.
