Unfortunately I found Timp Dry Cleaning to be incompetent and poor at customer service. I had four items cleaned there: two were regular washes and two had specific stains I was concerned about. The regular items came back clean and pressed. The special concern items both came back with the stains still present (and now pressed and heat set into the fabric). Not only were the stains not taken care of, but the situation was handled poorly. I was told that one of the stains wasnt addressed because the request was written too small on the ticket. Fortunately they ran it two more times and it did come out. The other stained item was done three weeks after I dropped it off. The stain I was concerned about is still there, and there are some new yellow water marks that are new.

They deliver/pick up at my place of work in Lindon. Its only been about 2 months I have been using them. They have missed a pick up and a drop off, and theyre not concerned or even attempt to contact me or act apologetic when they do. This last time my wife had to go in to find out they had lost my clothes even though they had delivered a co-workers clothes without problem. They did find them after she left but were rude in arranging for her to pick them up. MY ADVICE> GO WITH A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANER

Do NOT come here!! I had been going to Timp Dry Cleaning for over 5 years and they had always done a fair job. I recently took in some expensive couch cushions which they destroyed and took no responsibility for, the manager wouldnt even give me a $15 refund for the service. I will not be going back and highly recommend you dont set your foot in the door.

My white shirts have yellow collars when they come back from this place. The people that work there are nice, but I just dont think its very high quality. I just picked up a shirt today that had more stains on it after they had it than when I dropped it off. Wouldnt recommend it.

As the previous writer said they do a "fair" job on your dry cleaning. They destroyed a nice shirt of mine but were very nice and gave me $50 dollars to replace the shirt. For the price I think you get what you pay for.

One of my shirts was wrinkled and stained. It looked worse after getting it back than it did when I took it in. The other shirts were OK, so not sure what happened to this one. It also takes a week.

Not honest about pricing. Told me one price At drop off and came to pick up and the price had increased quite a bit. The quality of the services is not worth the money you pay.

Im local (Pleasant Grove)and get all my dry cleaning done here. They are friendly, deliver when promised, and clothes are clean.
