I brought in an expensive blouse from Marciano here. A few weeks went by before I wore it again and took it out of the bag and noticed the sleeve which used to have elastic and be tight around my elbow is no longer there. There is a hole in the exact same spot of each sleeve where it looks like they removed the elastic deliberately. Either way I cant replace the shirt and no one at the store will answer the phone and I doubt they are willing to pay to reimburse me for my loss.

Watch your receipt, the dumbass that owns this shop tells you one price and keys in another to his machine. Like how hard is it to use a debit machine? Also, when they miss a stain and you return the garment, they accuse you of wearing it and adding the stain after they cleaned it. This place sucks. I have one shirt let i there and I will NEVER return after I get it.

Watch your clothing because they took a pair of scissors to my pants (without my knowledge) and cut off its fringe. There are many other GOOD locations in which one can find a dry cleaners and here is not it. Destroying my clothing is in no way okay.
