Took my comforter there over a week ago to have it cleaned. They told me it would be a week. Have called several times to find out the status of it only to be told it would be ready today. Went to go pick it up and they havent even touched it. Told us that they have tried to call us to find out what we wanted to do. Hello, we called u several times to get updates and find out whats going on with it. Then get told sorry it will be another week. Ill be surprised if we get it back then and if its done right. Horrible experience and more than likely wont recommend or go back.

Very home-town feel, as if you are taking your clothes to a trusted neighbor. We took a wool coat and a suit (that had been to Brazil and back and hadnt been cleaned in years). They washed the suit coat twice because it didnt look clean enough the first time. And it came back blue as Ive never seen it. Customer service was great. Id recommend giving this place a shot.
