I never write reviews but what this business did was unacceptable. I brought in dress pants to get cleaned before an interview, only to have them returned with big blue stains all over them. They tried to tell me it wasnt their fault and to come back later so they could try cleaning them again. This happened multiple times. Some stains did end up come out but not all of them. This whole process took almost a month and then when I finally went to pick them up, they told me they would give me an in store credit. I told them I never wanted to come back so it would do me no good and the lady was very rude and started yelling at me that it wasnt her fault and they just clean clothes. A man walked in and said the same blue stains were on his shirt and she still continued to tell me the stains were my fault. I asked her calmly to please stop yelling at me since I was a customer of hers and just wanted her to do what she thought was fair to repay for their mistake. She threw 5 dollar in cash on the counter and thats all i got. I wish I could be more positive about my experience, but what these people are doing is not honest.

1-They dont speak any flipping English 2-THEY RUINED MY DRESS. It was navy blue on the top and cream on the bottom. I took it in to remove a SIMPLE stain on the white, and when they gave it to me THE ENTIRE CREAM BOTTOM WAS GREY. They claimed "the color ran down into the cream" HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? Its a DRY CLEANING PLACE, why the heck would the color run down?? Obviously they are washing the products or taking some CHEAP-A shortcuts and honestly this place is garbage, do NOT go here.

The rudest, most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a cleaner. They stained a brand-new shirt of mine with grease, and when I asked them to replace it, I was yelled at and told that I was a "bad customer." They finally offered to clean it again, and when I went back to pick it up, I was yelled at AGAIN. Do not give these people your business---there are too many other dry cleaners out there for these people to treat their customers this way.

We always have our dry cleaning done by Edgemont. They do an EXCELLENT job. Suits hold the press for years! Really. They are nice and polite, contrary to this other persons statement. Special price of $9 for a suit on Wednesdays, all day, 8:30 am to 7 pm. Otherwise, price for a suit is $11. They repair rips, missing buttons, etc. for a very reasonable price.

I brought in two jackets to be cleaned and one needed a zipper replaced. The first jacket came back no cleaner than when I brought it in and the second one had the broken zipper still broken but the good zipper replaced with a cheap zipper. When I asked for a refund on the zipper they refused. I found them to be rude and to have poor service that was always late.

Made a Assassins greed costume for my son. The thing cost me a lot of money. took it in the loosed the cuff to the costume. That thing had $50 in buttons on it. The guy was so rude about it and claimed I was accusing him of stealing. No!! not even the case I accused him of being unprofessional and unorganized. How do they just loss other peoples things.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! This place is a borderline scam. They dont clean the stuff. They are rude and will lie to you without reservation. And they will destroy your clothes. This place is by far the worst dry cleaner Ive ever dealt with.

Brought my clothes in early morning and they were done the same day. Love the fast service they gave me. Been with Edgemont Cleaners for 14 years, looking forward to the new shop they just opened up since its closer to my house.

Horrible place. Ive never been treated so poorly. They dont know what they are doing, didnt get my suit cleaned, wouldnt accept my coupon, and will treat you like youre a criminal. I cant believe this place is still in business.

I needed my clothes back same day, I missed the pickup before they closed. He called me and allowed me to pickup after hours! Great customer service. The clothes were professionally cleaned and great service.
