before I decided to use this place I checked out the BBB website and apparently, not only are they not accredited by the BBB as they state, but BB has rated the business as an "F". Check it out: ************************** Better Business Bureau has requested basic information from this company but has not received a response. I would always take my clothes to get dry cleaned here because of how inexpensive it was. One day I got a dress back and it was missing all of the beads. I filled out a form to get reimbursed for the dress and they said that the owner would give me a call on it and I would get money for the damage. Two months went by with no response! I visited this place weekly and no one ever took care of it... I should have known that when a customer was complaning about their dress that was ruined prior to mine. I will never go back to that dry cleaner and I suggest the same to all.

Please dont waste your time. They are the most unprofessional cleaners in the Valley. I bring in 14-17 dress shirts at a timec to be dry cleaned and I have to go home and re- iron the shirts. And when you bring up the problem, the worker tells you to go somewhere else. I pay for a service and the worker tells me not to complain and if I dont like it go somewhere else. I try to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance, but I guess that is my fault. GO elsewhere. This is for the Alma School location

Im set back by the negative reviews for this place. Ive taken my clothes here since I moved to AZ and have never had a problem. The owner/staff has always gone out of their way to accommodate me. I cant say that about the cleaner I used in Seattle and they were twice as expensive!

I just called this business and the phone was answered with an unprofessional "yeah." I told the owner that I was unimpressed with his phone demeanor and he hung up on me. I will NOT be using this dry cleaner.

They are always so incredibly nice and prompt. Great staff. Clothes always look awesome. Great place.
