Took in a $300 dollar coat that had explicit instructions to cover the buttons and buckles. They did not and ruined the coat, and would not offer me any refund. Do not have time to take them to small claims court or anything. DO NOT USE THEM

Their service was great :). I had to dry-clean my wedding dress just 3 days before my wedding day and they did prepared it in super good condition just in one day!!!!! I was super nervous at that time. Their nice and kind service saved me!

I took in a jersey that was white and colored and they let the color bleed into the white. Then the guy blames the fabric. Way to ruin my stuff.

I took some of my nicer stuff here and I was.not very happy they were all wrinkled.and stains on them. I didnt even recieve my money back
