Where theres smoke, theres fire, and it seems the smoke is growing around Le Baron. If only I would have seen the previous review before I brought my garments here, I could have been spared the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE! But unfortunately, I didnt, so.... Two months ago I brought in a couple of sweaters and 3 pairs of dress slacks for dry cleaning. The sweaters came back dirty, but unharmed. The story could have ended there with just a lousy dry-cleaning experience. But it didnt. The pants all came back with the same stain/marking across the legs. Like some type of dry-cleaning fluid was spilled onto them or they were pressed too long... Im not exactly sure. What the infamous "Ajay" and I agreed on was that they were ruined! Unfortunately, true to the story before me, Le Baron refused to take responsibility. Same thing: "Defective." REALLY?? These were THREE different pairs of pants, two of them different colors bought at different times; all from a reputable clothes/fashion store. If it was a single pair of pants.. maybe... but THREE.. with identical markings??? Furthermore, Ajay was rude and bull-headed. He then insisted on sending the garments out to a "Third Party Review Board." Except that "Review Board" is someone he pays "dues" to each month to issue "reports" in situations exactly like this. He was supposed to get back to me a MONTH ago and guess what? Nothing. [Not that the dice were going to be rolled in my favor anyway.....] But still, I wait.. Im a Single Parent and those slacks were the only pants I bought myself in the last six months! To have a Dry Cleaner RUIN them - with NO accountability and NO reimbursement is absolutely unethical and beyond disappointing. Also, I told "Ajay" I was stunned, that I felt very taken advantage of, and that I would be posting my experience. He was steadfast in his argument and did not care. Its a crap shoot to go here, folks. And if something happens you have no recourse. Dont do it!!! I guess Ill be making the drive to Prestige.

Ajay has been doing ALL my laundry including "fluff/fold" as well as all my dry cleaning, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his wife. They operate an awesome business! Any time I had a problem, I came to him, and it was quickly resolved. He also operates his business during very convenient hours for my schedule, and gets everything done for me in a timely manner. Two thumbs up, you guys! You ROCK!

I agree with all the bad reviews and couldnt disagree more with the good reviews. Dropped one shirt off and they lost it. Instead of accepting the mistake and reimbursing me the price of the shirt, they kept telling me they were searching for it and then would never contact me. In the end, they never accepted responsibility and I lost a dress shirt because of the poor management and governance of this business.

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever used. They are knowledgeable, can get any stain out of anything, helpful, and do a great job. I have been going there for 8 years, and have loads of dry cleaning and laundry of all kinds (mens and womens clothes, leather, comforters, you name it), and laundry, and things to be pressed. Everything is always done on time and perfectly. They are wonderful!!!
