I dont often write reviews on places but the service I received at this location today was awful. I dropped off a faux fur blanket over a week ago and was told itd be ready within a few days. The gentleman working when I dropped it off reviewed the tag with cleaning instructions and said it wouldnt be a problem. Fully expecting it to be ready for pick up today I walked in and said I had a pick up. The women asked if I had my ticket and I let he know I had forgotten it at home. She didnt say anything and slid a clip board over to me, which I had no idea what to do with so I said, Are you asking me to fill this out? Ive never forgotten my ticket before so I wasnt sure what the process was. She ignored me and asked for my last name. I gave it to her and just started filling out the information that I knew on the clip board. She walked away and came back with my blanket in a ratty black bag and said, "we dont clean fur". I was a little surprised and asked why I hadnt been called to pick it up earlier then? She just looked at me rudely and walked away. I was a little in shock that she had just ignored me not once, but twice. She came back with my other items and said Id receive a credit for the amount I had pre-paid for my blanket. At that point I knew I did not want to go back there and said I would like a refund. She just stared at me again and said, "Let me have the card you paid with". I handed it to her and she said it would take two days for the money to appear in my account. Im honestly not sure if she was just having a bad day, but that behavior is not acceptable and I will not be giving this location my business any longer. I then took my blanket to Diamond Dry Cleaners on Gilbert and Chandler Heights where it was my first time visiting and the women was SO kind and respectful. It was a like a night and day from the women at Del Rey Cleaners. The pricing at Diamond Dry Cleaners was great and she carefully inspected the blanket and was very confident they could clean it. She really knew her stuff and told me the exact process they could use to clean it without any issues. I will be going to Diamond Dry Cleaners from now on.

I have not had a positive experience with this cleaners. I went to pickup my clothes and return a shirt that was returned to me with the sleeves torn out. However, when I picked up my clothes I became more concerned with the wrong shirt they tried to give me than my torn shirt. I explained to the rep that the one shirt she was trying to give me was not my shirt. My ticket was for two ladies shirts and not the one male shirt she was trying to give me. She explain to me that my ticket and the shirt ticket tags matched, so that must be my shirt. To make a long story short. I was told a manager would call me the next day. No one called. After 4 days I called back and my two shirts were found by Audrey. I explained to Audrey that I still had an unresolved issue with my torn shirt. She asked me to bring the torn shirt in when I came back to pick up my correct shirts. I went back on Saturday, 22 Aug 09 to pickup my shirts and to bring the torn shirt back again. Audrey told me that she would have the owner review my claim and look at the shirt and call me. One weeks went by without a call. So I went back and spoke with Audrey. She explained that my shirt had sat in the back because she was not at work and no one knew what to do with the shirt and the driver had just picked it up on Saturday, 29 Aug 09. She promised that she would call me on Wednesday, 2 Sep 09. It is now 12 Sep and I have yet to receive a call. Bottom Line...I do not feel this establishment has any integrity or credibility. Cheryl

Have used this place for YEARS without issue but it seems business is going downhill and fast. I dropped off my husbands suit pants on Monday at 9:06am, missing the "in by 9 out by 5" by 6 minutes. Ok. Fine. My fault. Pick up pants Tuesday and bring them home, leaving them in the plastic for my husband to wear to his interview the next morning. 6am husband trying to get ready for his interview and freaking out because we were given SOMEONE ELSES PANTS. The numbers on the tags didnt even match up! Someone is clearly incapable of matching up a number....a 2 digit number. Unreal. I started calling at 7am when the website said they opened. I called 8 times and finally at 7:26 someone answers. Apparently there were 4 pairs of pants with tags that fell off at the Tempe location. She was going to call and find out if our pants were part of that. 45 mins later I get a call that they have our pants. Never again. Theres plenty of other places around that we can give our business to. Im glad to have them back. Just wish it wouldnt have happened in the first place and we didnt have to scramble to figure out something for my husband to wear.

Horrible experience. 1st, my clothes werent ready 5pm the next day and then when I went to pick them up 2 days after dropping off, they couldnt even find my clothes! Instead they brought me someone elses clothes and acted like I was lying when I said that those arent the clothes I dropped off. I was left standing there while the young woman made a phone call to whoever. As my patience ran thin I walked behind the counter only to be told I couldnt be back there. My reply was, "If you cant find my clothes, then I will". 5 minutes after going through other peoples clothes I found my 5 shirts with someone elses clothes! If they had picked up their clothes before I got there, I would be S.O.L! All they could say is I dont know how that happened. Well, they should know I wont ever be going back. Stay away, you have been warned!

Do not use this cleaner if you want your clothes back in good condition. First time I used them because for their coupons, they ruined a pair of dress pants and then took zero responsibility. A stain that looked like some bleach or another chemical got on a panty leg ruined the slacks. I tried numerous times to contact the owner and they would not respond. They advertise with a lot of coupons but their quality of work is not good. On top of not having the courtesy top return phone call, emails and letters. Buyer Beware!

They had a new shirt of mine (never worn) over a month as they tried to remove the stain they put into the shirt. Asked for the owner to call me and discuss this issue and have still never heard back from him. Prior to this I had to ask for pants to be redone several times due to double creases. Very poor customer service from the owner. Price is cheap but it equals out with other quality cleaners by the number of trips you make back to the store having items cleaned correctly. I guess you do get what you pay for.
