Ive been a customer of this dry cleaner for several years simply because they deliver for free and I usually get several dress shirts done at a time, but the last couple of years has been a horrible experience. Im continually taken off of the delivery route and have to call to see if theyre still coming to bring the clothes that I dropped off, the dry cleaning tags have repeatedly been stapled to the shirt itself causing you to have to carefully pull it apart so that it doesnt tear your shirt, clothes are lost and Ive have to go to the store and have them pull them out of their lost and found because they put the order under someone else entirely (this just happened in December), something is grinding the tops of the hangers which rubs a metal-colored dust on my white shirt collars, and two weeks ago they only delivered half of my dry cleaning...again...just my sweater and not my 9 shirts. I called and asked to speak with the owner and at first she asked me to hold on, then came back and said that hes unavailable and she took my info for a call back. Here we are about a week later and still no phone call, but the rest of my shirts came (yeah). I will never under any circumstances use this dry cleaner again.

I suggest that you all avoid Bairds Dry Cleaning in Orem. I took a prom dress there. It was damaged (the silver lining came out of 3/4 of the beadwork). All the employees were very apologetic and (it was easy to tell) felt bad. I left my name and number for the owner 3 or 4 different times over a period of several months, and was assured by at least one of the employees that he had given the owner the message and would give him another one. Today when I (finally) entered the store while the owner was there, he told me he had "never heard anything about it", gave me a flat and unapologetic "Im sorry, but its not our fault" and pretty much refused to do anything. All I wanted him to do was refund the money I had paid for the cleaning. When I asked him if his "Im sorry that happened to you" was the only restitution he was willing to make, he looked up my name in the computer, said: "Well, it looks like this is the only thing youve ever brought here. Normally Id offer you some free services, but (shrug) since you dont usually come here ..." And with customer service like that, I certainly wouldnt recommend that ANYONE go there.

This is an awful dry cleaners. First off, I know for a fact that the owner has yet to replace an old dry cleaning machine that desperately needs replacing. It breaks down and ruins clothes. It landed one of his employees in the hospital and Mr. Baird refused to give her workers comp. I had clothes in that machine when it started burning. The clothes were late and looked disgusting. The owner will NOT give you a refund. He WILL hide from you at all costs and when you finally confront him face to face, he will lie to you and he will treat you like youre an idiot. I have seen him yell at his employees, be condescending, and down right belligerent. He has no care for anyones belongings, all he wants is money. He is a greedy man who will ruin your clothes and treat everyone around him with no respect. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! I cannot stress it enough! STAY AWAY!

I took an expensive, custom tailored shirt here to be cleaned, and they lost my shirt! It had my initials monogrammed into the fabric, so it should be easy to match the shirt to the owner, but it is nowhere to be found. I have tried but not been successful in my attempts to contact the owner. I was told by the employees that I would not be reimbursed for my custom tailored shirt, but that I should buy a shirt from Costco and I would be reimbursed for a that, but not for the original shirt, which was very expensive and had only been worn once. Do NOT take your nice clothes here, they will not be there when you go to pick them up!

Ive read all the reviews, Bairds may not be the best, but weve never had such dry cleaning tragedies , like some have. I have been a customer for decades. I love the drop off window. There drive up is usually the 1st to get daffodils in the Spring. It is an Old School Orem Institution! If they need better training for the staff, I hope they use the reviews for a wake up call. Take care of this valued business. We want you‼️

My roommate and I went to Bairds once to drop off our suits for dry-cleaning. When we dropped them off, they had the original suit coat hanger, and my suit was even in its original case/protector. When we got them back, there were no suit coat hangers, the case for my suit was gone, the pants were swapped, and my pants were not even clean. Needless to say, I basically spent money to incur additional costs on myself.

Sadly, I will never go back again I have been a customer for several years mainly because of location convenient. My last order was three white shirts and the three white shirts ill came back with three spots on them along with poor quality with the press. I spoke with Dennis the owner and he really could care less! He offered to redo them however, these were the redos.

I dropped off some white bebe shorts to get cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick them up they looked worse than before!!! There was a stain on the front that was not there before, the fabric looked damaged and wrinkled. The girl was nice and offered to redo them...not sure its going to help. A pair of my favorite shorts ruined :(

Dont take your clothes here! I usually dont write bad reviews but besides bad cleaning they are rude and have the worst customer service. They were more concern about been paid in full that giving a good customer service. Terrible service!

I am a business man, I get my shirts cleaned there all the time. THey have always done a great job for me. I dont know why everyone else is giving them low ratings. Maybe jealous competition?
