Horrible Cleaners, run if you value your clothes. I was enticed to go to Del Rey by some of the reviews and low prices. I had a lot of dry cleaning to do. 10 dresses and 3 jackets. Went to pick up my items and several still had stains and underarm odor. I was only able to take home 4 items (3 dresses and one jacket). The rest of the items needed to be redone. Fast forward two days later for pickup. Only satisfied with 3 of 9 items. 2 of the dresses were damaged. The cloth where the sleeves meet the dress were roughed up. Also, the other items still had odors. I have never experienced this in all my years of taking clothes to the dry cleaner. I should add, the attendant did not even offer to replace the item or discount it. (Never mind no amount replaces a beloved dress but at least it showas concern) She claimed they were not responsible. If you have any items you value DO NOT take them to Del Rey! Shame on me for being swayed by price and a few good reviews. You get what you pay for. Im now forced to pay double to get the items Im left with done right and two damaged dresses. Please learn from my mistake.

I work in a resturaunt and was always getting shirts dirty and just throwing then out and buying new ones. Because I always thought that was easier and cheaper then cleaning them. Then my friend referred me to this place and said it was loads cheeper so I have out a try. And oh man do I wish that I had knew about it before I threw out those clothes. Everything came out looking like it just came out of the package and the girl who cleaned my clothes had the biggest smile on her face and was so happy. I will be going here from now on and I recommend you do the same.

This place is fantastic, dont be turned elsewhere. Ive always and only brought my clothes and comforter here. There has never been an issue not once. I trust Melissa and staff here very much. They are not responsible for washing the clothes. If your stains are still on the items youve brought in, that is not their fault nor responsibility, only a lack of time on your part for not coming sooner! Im always happy to come here and more than satisfied with my service. THANKYOU!

I dry clean or launder my dress shirts and pants monthly for work. I have used 3 other dry cleaners in the area and found the best by FAR with del Rey. Their prices are as good or better, the quality and detail of the cleaning (stain removal, starch, etc) is too notch and the quality of their employees is excellent, always friendly, helpful and quick. This is not a fake review:), they are the best in the area! (I use the val vista and southern location)

Good prices & good customer service, but there have been many occasions when I picked up my clothes and it still had stains and the armpit area still smelled musty. I always drop off at least 10 items, and of those 10, at least 3 pieces arent cleaned properly. Plus they no longer clean pleated skirts, and since i have many, I now have to find a new cleaner ;-(

Ive been bringing my uniforms to Del Rey cleaners for a little while now. My uniforms always look great, but thats not all that keeps me coming back. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming and professional, and even fun to talk to. Im not planning on taking my business anywhere else. If you need a good cleaner at a fair price, give these folks a try!! Editing my review because this place is the BEST!!!! I highly recommend this cleaners. There was a miscommunication of when my suit would be ready because of the holidays. I immediately got a phone call from Melissa who wanted to help. They came down and helped me get my suit when they were closed!! Best service Ive experienced anywhere!!

Melissa might be an actual angel on earth. I had a maid of honor dress I needed cleaned and back that day. I had missed the cutoff for same day and she somehow managed to slide it in before pickup and got me a sweet coupon. My dress came back perfect and I was highly impressed with the cleaning and customer service! Thank you so much!

The staff and service is wonderful. The 24 hr drop is convenient and easy. The clothes are always clean and in store when promised. Lynzee is the sweetest, she has remembered my name since the second time she helped me. It is so nice when someone smiles and greets you by name. You will not regret using Del Rey or seeing Lynzee!

I LOVE Del Rey! My favorite place to get my clothes dry cleaned. I love double coupon day. Also the 24 hour drop off is great sense I dont get off work till late at night. Even the manager Greets you with a smile when you walk in. I wouldnt go any where else! 12-22-2011

We just recently moved in this area, and Im glad i found this place. Their 24 hour drop off is a life saver sense we work late nights. Not to mention they give specials out to people through emails. My clothes are always clean and the staff is super nice!

I use to go to royal cleaners. Del rey is cheaper and they do a great job. I really like the staff there easy to talk to and you are able to understand them.
