Very unethical, greedy, dishonest, money monger and very poor customer service. Unable to remove stains but they charged me full amount of $65ish. There was one spot they rubbed so hard tried to remove the stain that it left a very visible swirl mark on my fur coat. The money monger lady said they did the best they could but its obvious that they did their best to make my coat look worse than before. I demanded my money back but Money Monger lady said "if you dont like our service, dont come back again" wow wow OMG !!! I was Speechless !!! Money Monger lady yelled and screamed at me !!! I was ready to take them to Mesa Small Claim court but they are lucky that I am moving to CA in a few days !!! Please please ...dont waste your money at this establishment !!! They dont deserve your business !!! I spent more than $200.00 in past 12 months at this establishment and they treated me like I am a criminal !!!!

I have never had to deal with such an unethical establishment since I moved to the valley eight (8) years ago. They lost several of my good work shirts that were very expensive. Read their disclaimer because it only requires them to reimburse you for a percentage of the bill. The owner was very rude and unapologetic for THEIR mistake and I was called a liar and a bad customer. I will never frequent this establishment again and I only live down the street. Be very afraid of your cloths at this establishment.

Unreliable, Dishonest. Unethical. A dozen RL dress shirts; counted twice, entered to the receipt. Misses the date they are due. Following day - machine malfunction and can not retrieve shirts, following day, 11 are returned with an altered receipt. Before leaving the store, presented discrepancy. Was told I was mistaken, a lier,despite proof. Absolutely no accommodation, no consideration. Do not waste your time or money.

Horrible experience!!! Just picked up two wool coats that I paid $52 to have dry cleaned (very overpriced as my normal cleaners would have charged $4 each) and the belt to the Guess jacket was returned separated in 3 pieces. Literally peeled apart. The store took NO ownership nor offered an apology. I will NEVER return here even though it is very close to my home! Beware ......

If I could give this business no stars, I would. To make a long story short, I had to make 8 trips to get one pair pants hemmed. The owner was extremely rude, could have cared less in trying to accommodate me, and I will never go back there again. Customer beware.

Ive been bringing my work clothes here for over ten years. They always do a good job and the price is right in line with what other dry cleaners in the area charge. Ive also have had alterations done and the work was good quality.

Taking dress shirts and pants here for 12 years. Always on time and at a good price. Alterations Ive had done were good quality. I would recommend this place to anyone.

i bring my work stuff there once a week. uh, its a dry cleaner, nothing special. price is right and theyve never lost or ruined any of my stuff.
