I took in a suit jacket to have the inside pocket stitched. Something that was very simple and easy. Before leaving I asked how much it was going to cost and I was told $10, which was confirmed by the owner Tanya. When I went to pick it up the first time, it was poorly done. Neither of the two sides that were stitched matched. I spoke with Tanya the owner and let her know that I was not happy with the quality of the workmanship. Her comment was that the seamstress or tailor was very good and she would talk to her and have her do it again. I went in the next week and to my dismay it was even worse. I spoke to the tailor, who happened to be their, she was rude from the minute I spoke with her. As I showed her the poor workmanship she yanked the jacket out of my hands. I told her I did not appreciate her doing that. She just talked over me and making every excuse that that is the way she sews and she was going to charge me $20. I was shocked because Tanya told me it was going to be $10. The huge woman that was working the counter called the owner and told him what was going on. He instructed the tailor to give me the jacket as is. The tailor would not hand over the jacket and continued to remove the stitching on the pocket. She was also going to remove the stitching on another part of the pocket that she didnt sew and I told her to stop and I just took my jacket quickly before she ruined it even more. This is the worst place to get anything tailored.

Without a doubt this is the best dry cleaner that I have found in the East Valley. The service is outstanding and very personal. The owners are very accessible and take pride in offering personal service. The staff is extremely friendly and flexible with special requests. On more than one occasion I have taken an item in that I was afraid could not be saved even by a dry cleaner. They never disappoint! They take great care of your clothes with a very high level of attention to detail. Great customer service along with a quality product is extremely important to me. I highly recommend Lapels to anyone that is looking for great customer service and outstanding dry cleaning services. They are committed to the highest standards of professionalism in the industry. I also appreciate that they are environmentally friendly!

This is specific to the alterations. I took in a basic pencil skirt that I need to have taken in at the waist and then need to be taken in on the sides a bit to match. When she fitted the skirt on me she just used 2 pins for the waist and nothing else. I have known better that it wouldnt turn out right. My husband picked up the order so I didnt have a chance to try it on. At home I tried it on and it looks like its trying to make my hips look bigger with the extra fabric poufing out. For over $20 I expected it to fit properly the first time and for the skirt to be tapered properly.

Called them as a new customer at 8AM and asked if I dropped off a jacket and pants if they could just press them for an important meeting. They said they couldnt have them done until 5PM. I wont go there...businesses spend so much money trying to get people in and then when they have an opportunity staring them in the face, they pass it up. My other cleaners is further but I will stick with them. Opportunities arent missed, they are passed to someone else.

They lost my business shortly after they opened. As I was picking up my clothes the owner had the audacity to say I was using them as my own personal closet. I may not pick my things up the next day but I do get them. AZ has some of the worst customer service Ive EVER experienced and they have the balls to shoot off like Im not going to respond. Theyll never get another dime of my money!!

I have used this service and location only a couple of times, but they have been perfect, better than on-time, and all items have been as requested and better!! Thank you!! Absolutely wonderful! And not expensive in my experiences!!

This company advertises "on site tailor" this is a false claim...Ive been here twice to have shirts altered. Twice Ive been told the tailor is "on vacation" and they dont have a date when the tailor is returning from "vacation"
