I used to go here regularly and they did a nice job, but then they tore two of my shirts (on different occassions) and blamed me. When the first shirt was torn upon getting it back they told me they received it like that. I didnt know otherwise, though I suspected otherwise because I felt like I would have noticed the two inch tear, so I accepted their explanation. A few months later, another dress shirt had a tear and they, of course, said it came in that way. I know that was a lie because I started inspecting everything I dropped off after incident #1. I told them I knew it wasnt torn and that they needed to make it right. They refused and stuck to their guns. Instead of taking 15-20 items for drycleaning to them per month, I now go elsewhere. They cant be trusted and apparently arent very careful. I care much more about the dishonesty though.

PLEASE READ! This establishment is dishonest, untrustworthy, and definitely not careful at all. They ruined my wedding dress, lost my crown and veil, and would not give us a refund for it or even acknowledge the damage that had been done. Working with them through the whole ordeal was a nightmare. It’s devastating to have your dress ruined, but the lack of communication and integrity has made this the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Customer service has been non-existent. They have never owned up to the mistake. Completely unprofessional, especially with something as special as a wedding dress. Take your business somewhere else. I came to this cleaners to get a dress altered. Once I got home and careful examen my dress I can see they hand stiched the dress rather than using the machine. You can see where they started and finished. I could have done that myself. I was not impressed with their work and probably wont use there alteration services again.

These guys are the best. Ive been going there for almost 14 years. I drive past at least a dozen cleaners to use their services. I used to live close to them, but now I dont. They are worth the extra 7 miles each way to get to them!

Great customer service. I came in from out of town and need a bridesmaid dress cleaned and pressed. They were able to get it done in 24 hours and at a reasonable price. Appreciate them for helping me out with such short notice.

I have been uses Careful Cleaners for two years now. They have always been proficient, courteous, and more then reasonable with prices. I havent taken my belongings to anyone else since I discovered Careful Cleaners.
