Awlful, I recently had an unpleasant experience while dealing with Happy Drycleaners. I dropped off a Santa suit for dry cleaning in December, 2011. The Santa suit belongs to the Moms club at a parochial school and is used for a family friendly fundraiser during the Christmas season. When I returned to pick up the suit, the white fur was pink. The dry cleaner employee apologized but in no way offered any compensation for the ruined Santa suit. The suit stayed at Happy Drycleaners while they attempted to fix the damage and I waited for the promised call from the owner. The call never came. On my second trip to pick up the suit, the dry cleaner employee wanted the Moms club to pay for half of the $68.00 dry cleaning bill. Again, I was promised a call from the owner which never came. Not only did Happy Drycleaners damage the Santa suit, they wanted the Moms club to pay for the damages. I chose Happy Drycleaners to clean the suit because they claim to use a greener process than traditional dry cleaners. I mistakenly thought the dry cleaning would be more safe and gentle. Wrong! Unfortunately, the party that suffers in this situation is the school and ultimately the students at the school. The Moms club will have to not only pay for the dry cleaning that damaged our Santa suit but also replace the suit for our fundraiser next year. All of this cuts into money that could have been used to benefit the students.

AWFUL. Would never recommend this place. First time I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed; event hough they marked the pants with the pants on me, they hemmed them way too high, and are now unwearable. Second time I went there, I dropped off 5 items (all exactly the same) that required a few stitches and specifically asked that I be called with the price before they did the work, since the person at the counter couldnt even quote me a price. I even left an example item of clothing with stitch I wanted, and where. Never got a call. A week later, I went in and found that they went ahead and did the work and the charge was pretty unreasonable; plus, the work was terrible; had to take them somewhere else and have them re-done. Each time, the counter girl could only shrug and say "sorry." Terrible work and terrible customer service.

I have been going here for a few years and I think theyre excellent! It may cost slightly more than some other super cheap cleaners but their service and the quality is outstanding. I am always impressed with their hospitality and the quality of their work. They also seem quite good for with basic tailor work... but I havent use them much for extensive tailor alterations. Lastly, its a nice "mom & pop" operation - which I love supporting.

Love this place and wouldnt go anywhere else! I have had over 10 pairs of work slacks hemmed here and have been bringing in my uniforms (I am a flight attendant) for cleaning for over a year. I have never had any problems and the workers are always nice and friendly. They are fast and my clothes are always ready for pick-up when they say they will be. A++++

Weve used this service at their Ray and Gilbert location. When we moved we used the services at Higley. Immediately the lady recognized me from the other store. I was thrilled. Service is great, quality outcome. Very quick. A bit expensive but I wouldnt go anywhere else.
