If I could give this cleaners zero stars, I would. Unfortunately that is not possible. I have received, by far, the worst customer service from the owner of this business. I brought in a dress to have cleaned and somewhere during that process, the color from the bottom of the dress bled all the way to the top of the dress, essentially ruining it completely. When I went to the cleaners to discuss the situation and find out what they could do, I was informed that not only did they ruin my dress, but they ruined whatever other clothes they washed it with and were aware of what happened, prior to my husband paying for and picking up the clothes to bring home. Not only did NO ONE call me to tell me, but they also allowed my husband to pay and leave without so much as breathing a word about their accident. They then insisted that it is a material problem and insisted I contact the retailer and manufacturer, which I did, and both of whom denied responsibility considering the dress was physically at the cleaners when it occurred. I went back to the cleaners, receipt in hand, to discuss again and this time, the owner, Frank Yi, proceeded to raise his voice at me and place his hand up anytime I tried to speak. He refuses to accept responsibility for what happened, barely offered me back the money that I paid to have the dress ruined, and has stated he is not paying me back and doesnt care whether I come back there ever again or not. I cannot buy this dress again as it is no longer available and Im now stuck. I begged the owner to make it right, that his employees confirmed that they paid for/replaced the other clothes that were ruined and that they were aware of the problem before they released it back to me, yet he is refusing to do anything to exemplify good customer service. Im not even asking that they pay what the dress is worth ($118) because Ive worn it more than once, but to at least allow me to find a replacement and he is refusing. Very poor, poor service. Very sad, sad owners. I will NEVER go to this place again. Who says that they dont care if they lose a customer?!? Ive never heard that before in my life.

I have been a customer at Star Cleaners since 2004, (13 Years). I like the fact they clean your clothes onsite, I have never had any issues or had any items lost, my clothes look great, and I never have to re-iron any of the shirts or pants that I pickup from Star Cleaners. The staff is friendly, professional, and they have always treated me very good, the owner is a really nice man, I put a lot of clothes in the cleaners, and the Owner always helps me carry my clothes to my car. I told my Aunt about this cleaners when she moved here from California, she has been a customer since 2013, and she is very satisfied with the services provided by Star Cleaners.

❌❌❌❌❌DONT GO HERE! Ive trusted them with my laundry for over 6 years. They lost a piece from my suit. When I asked about they all looked around as if they didnt understand me. I showed them pictures of what they lost. The girls who actually received my garments was there. She looked at the receipt and says that its her that took them in but theres no way it was her... Super shady, owner doesnt speak English (or pretended not to). Theres no resolution to be had other than to warn others away. TERRIBLE CLEANERS!!❌❌❌❌❌

I was a frequent customer until they lost a pair of white linen pants. I had a brown pair if pants in my order, returned pants to them, advised them of my missing pair. Nothing was resolved. They were added to the list of "Where Not to Take Clothes "

This place is very expensive, shop around you sure can find at least 50% in other places, dont give these people your money, they contract someone else to do the job for them, that is why there prices are double or triple in my case.

Do not listen to these may Sayers. This is an awesome place that cleans the clothes on site. They are less money because of this. Been going there for 3 yrs. They are good people.

We have used this place for almost 3 years now and have never had a single issue with them! Super friendly and very prompt. Have never lost any articles of clothing.
