Consistently great cleaning over the past two years. So great we thought we would write a review which, for us, means they are a super solid business. Had a button loose once and they spotted it and fixed it to make sure it did not get lost. The hangers and materials used to return the clothing are safe and never mar or catch on the fabrics. The cleaning itself is meticulously thorough and the item looks like new again -- every single time. The staff are always professional and polite. And last but not least the pricing is solidly in the mid-range of what reputable cleaners around them are charging. Since moving to the valley in 2012 weve tried all sorts of dry cleaners going from one to the next to try to find a cleaner that did an outstanding job at reasonable prices and provided great service and convenient operating hours. We kept switching until we found this gem, Diamondback Cleaners off of Riggs Road. We have suits, blazers and work clothing and have been with this cleaner for over 2 years now. We figured after such great service over such a long time we should post so that others benefit.

Watch out for this place. After reading the previous post I called to obtain per pound and was told I had to call back in the morning to speak to a manager. I stated they should still have their pricing posted in the store and she said she would have to look it up on the computer. This validates the previous post. They do whatever they want with regard to price.

I used to be a frequent customer, but their prices seem to be rising past their advertised price of 2.39 (and up), even for common items like a cotton/wool blend sweater that Ive had cleaned at other cleaners for 1.25. I liked them becuase of their proximity, but with their wishy washy pricing and credits promised but never delivered, I will not be returning.
