We brought my husbands shirt we purchased from the Buckle in to be dry cleaned after our wedding in September. They informed us they would call when it was finished due to the fact I pointed out it had snaps so to be careful. Oh no worries it will be fine they said. With the chaos of the holidays I forgot about it & this week I told my husband to pick it up. First they told us it wasnt due until the 26th. . we then pointed out yes SEPTEMBER 26th. . then she proceeded to say she had no idea where it was but would call us when they found it? After they found it all snaps were melted down & accused us of buying an on sale cheap shirt & would credit our account $75 vs giving us our $ back for the shirt. I was shocked & when she told me to consider myself lucky the owner was willing to do that I decided a review was in order along with a trip to the Buckle to prove it wasnt a flaw in their shirt yet a serious flaw in customer service & what we paid THEM to do. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

One downside is they have a $10 minimum for running credit cards. My husband and I prefer not to carry cash, so this is inconvenient. But yeah, the clothing comes back clean...so two stars for that. But note that they do not clean coats or do alterations.

They are very family friendly and care about your clothes like their own. I have been going to them for years. They are very reasonable and I will go out of my way for there professional work. Tracy and her staff are the BEST!!!

Wonderful experience everthey time we go in. The service outstanding and the cleaning is always perfect. My wife is very picky, but the cleaning is always perfect.
