PLEASE READ! This establishment is dishonest, untrustworthy, and definitely not careful at all. They ruined my wedding dress, lost my crown and veil, and would not give us a refund for it or own up to the mistake. Working with them through the whole ordeal has been a nightmare. It’s devastating to have your dress ruined, but the lack of communication and integrity has made this the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. PLEASE don’t take anything of value to this cleaners. Here’s my story if you’re interested: We dropped my dress off at the Sossaman location. We told them there was glue on some parts of the dress; they reassured us that they would do a spot test and use the proper method for it and that everything would be fine. We paid for it to be boxed with the crown and veil (proof on receipt). When we went to pick it up, there was glue residue all over the dress and the lace and sequins were yellow and falling off. This was lace that I hand-selected from a unique fabric store and positioned on the dress myself to create my vision. It will never be the same. They also could not find my crown and veil and sent us to the Higley store to see if they were there--they werent. They would not give us a refund, instead they held the dress at their location (sitting under the florescent lights not even in a bag) and said they would contact the owner (Mike), but would not give us his number to contact him directly—very shady. This went on for many months with no answer from Mike. One time when we went to look at it, they asked if we wanted a seamstress to make alterations to it. I told them it would be fine for a seamstress to assess what could be done, but to call me before they did anything to it. The next time we went in, everything had been taken off :( Still, we had never heard from Mike. Finally, after 1.5 years of this run around, we took the dress and told them to have Mike contact us. He never has. We took the issue to small claims court and they have been unresponsive during this process, as well. Customer service has been non-existent. They have never owned up to the mistake and tried to make it right. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless, especially with something as special as a wedding dress. Take your business somewhere else.

Anything BUT careful! I took 28 pairs of the 50 or so pairs of slacks that I own to be dry cleaned to this company. 5 pairs came back damaged in varying degrees in the exact same spot (on the left leg below the pocket line). One of the 5 pairs had NEVER been worn as it was from a brand new suit that I had just had hemmed before taking them to be cleaned and pressed. None of the other 50 pairs that I own are damaged whatsoever. I dropped the 5 damaged pairs off the morning after I picked them up. A week later (today) they called to tell me that they werent going to accept any responsibility. Not careful, not courteous, not concerned, not responsible, and not even that great of a deal. I wont be back ever. Im just one guy with 50 pairs of slacks, 20 suits, 75 shirts that need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Not here. Not ever. Anybody else have a similar horrible experience? If youve never tried this company, DONT!

Ive been overseas for months and just got back. My wife and I had a mountain of dry cleaning we needed done. We took it to this place for the first time and had to post a review. We were treated with such friendly and smiling faces we both mentioned it to each other after leaving. When we got our stuff back, everything was crisply ironed and cleaned. Yes, weve found our new go to cleaners. One other comment worthy of mention is that they helped my wife out to the car with all the clothes. Very impressive small business which we try to support.

I have been going to Careful Cleaners for quite some time, and i had received good service. They switched launderers, and I ended up having to iron my shirts after getting them home. Whats the point of going to a cleaners? But on 3/10/16, the gal helping me was drunk. The manager acknowledged that her help was drunk and that they would have a talk. Lasr straw. Done.

I recently brought my wedding dress here to be steamed. The service I recieved when walking in would be enough to bring me back! The man I had greet me was very nice. The job they did on the dress was amazing. They were able to get some really deep and weirdly placed wrinkles out. I would refer anyone here. The pricing is unbeatable as well!

I received over the top customer service today! A rush alteration that included a press -- all done in about four hours! The best part is that the pants had a stain on them I hadnt even noticed -- but the owner did, and he made certain they were perfect before I took them out the door! Small town service in a big city -- that rocks!

Took my boyfriends shirt here and the woman was kind and personable. Told her we needed it cleaned for a trip we were going on and they had it done fast and cheap and she wished me a wonderful trip. Its the small things like them remembering you and things you tell them that make a great business. I will definitely be coming back.

these guys are awesome... cheap prices for a whole suit, and I was ten minutes after closing to pick mine up, about to head out of town, and the employee who just locked up shop and was in his car got back out, unlocked the place, and grabbed my suit for me. Now that is first class service.
