horrible. I took a silk dress to them - had minor stain that I pointed out when I initially took the item in to be cleaned. still had the stain when I went to pick up, they offered to clean them again. STILL had stain when I went in after the second attempt at cleaning - asked for a refund b/c they did not do their job (TO CLEAN the item). They told me they did clean it, but couldnt get the stain out. I understand that if they attempted and couldnt get the stain out, but if they didnt do their job, then I shouldnt get charged. Took the dress to a dry cleaner out of state when I was visiting family and the dry cleaner was able to save my dress.

I have used this place for a few years---they do not inspect their work and so when you go to use the newly cleaned garment it may be missing a button..so when I take it back then they stonewall getting it fixed by asserting they it was not their people (only one I have used )---or claiming other things that they have to "...return it back to the factory!" Use someone else!

Unreal... Lost 4 custom shirts and now will not return a phone call. They have not provided any explanation as to what happened to the shirts. Cannot get an answer, next step I assume is small claims. Fun... The least I can do is to try and help someone smart enough to read this review before using this dry cleaners.

They take care of my shirts and they have gotten stains out of them that I thought would be impossible to get out.
