I recently took my wedding dress to Persnickety Cleaners to be cleaned following my wedding. I had some run of the mill grass/dirt stains along the bottom of the skirt (pretty common Id imagine) and one larger yellow tinted stain on the skirt. I called ahead and spoke to a man who introduced himself as the owner. I told him about the stains - he said hes been in the business for decades, and hes seen it all, and that Persnickety dry cleans most of the wedding dresses in the valley. He was very nice and I ended the conversation feeling very hopeful that my dress would be restored to near perfect condition, without a worry in sight. Well, when I picked up my dress, my stomach sank. The grass/dirt stains were still there, along with the faded yellow stain. My dress essentially looked no different than when I had brought it in. The gal at the counter explained that the "yellow tag" was their way of saying, "Hey we tried our best, but this is as good as it gets." Guess what? It wasnt "as good as it gets." I have serious doubts as to whether or not they tried at all because that night, I hand scrubbed my dress and would you believe it, all of the stains came out. All it took was a little elbow grease on my end. Persnickety Cleaners is a total waste of money. Save yourself the headache, and a chunk of change, and clean your dress yourself. Honestly one of the most disappointing service experiences I have had in Bozeman.

Ive used Persnickety Formalwear and dry cleaning multiple times and every time theyve been professional and extremely helpful. They always find the right dress and the right price for me as Im on a budget. Boy my boys get their tuxes from there and have never had a problem! They always look great and feel even better! i went to persnickety formal wear for my wedding...it was amazing. anne who is the owner was very professional and considerate with my opinions. even though they had tons of people in the shop, i had full attention from her and her staff. my guys look fantastic in their tuxes.!!!!!!!! thanks persnickety formal wear for helping me have my dream wedding. lots of love veronica from montana

They have free pick up and delivery, I give them my CC number and they charge it at the end of the month. I put my stuff on the front porch, call them ONCE and they come and get it and then it shows back up a few days later. Plus the prices are well worth it, its only a few bucks to get a shirt cleaned and pressed. One of the best services I have used period.

Went in to get a prom dress, I asked for the colors I wanted, and she explained she didnt have any. When I asked to look at some bridesmaids dresses she said they wouldnt be in and then kicked me and my mother out because she "obviously didnt have what I wanted" very rude. Wouldnt shop from again.
