Press 4 Less is HORRIBLE. I could have excused the fact that they MISPLACED my formal dress, had the girl that was working at the store not be so OUTRIGHT RUDE. I took a dress in for pressing on a Thursday at 2-3pm and was told by one girl that it would be ready at 4pm the next day. I let her know that I would just be there to pick up the dress on Saturday morning when they opened. This dress was for a wedding that I was going to be in on that Saturday. When I went in to pick it up, they searched for 20 mintues to find the dress because it was lost. When they finally figured out that the dress was still at the cleaning plant they told me to come back in an hour. Call back later saying that I should atleast get a discount for not having the dress ready when it should have been. the girl I talked to said "That is NOT our policy, we are using our own gas money to go pick it up so it shouldnt be a big deal." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. then she said " I need to call you back on another phone because this line is for our customers." When she called me back all she did was insist they didnt do anything wrong and kept saying that it wasnt a big deal because they were getting the dress. When I said that I just felt that it was wrong that they told me that I could pick up the dress Friday and I was coming in Saturday all she said was "well you didnt come in yesterday and it wasnt ready" WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! This place is awful and I will tell everyone I know NEVER TO GO THERE.

I was so unhappy with this place. The owner is not at all customer oriented. The almighty dollar comes first with him. Customer satisfaction is not at the top of their list. Last week my daughter took her prom dress their for pressing and told them that we had to pick it up on Thursday because we were unavailable all day Friday and the prom was Saturday. They had it ready but the not so smart person who pressed the dress put the dress back in the bag that it came in from the bridal store - the problem with that? - the dress was too long for the bag. Needless to say, when my daughter picked up the dress the whole bottom of the dress was completely wrinkled again. It came back to us in virtually the same condition we brought it to them. When I called the store to complain, all they had to say was for us to bring it back and they would repress it. First of all, we told them in the first place we were not available on Friday and I was NOT going to take it to them on Saturday and chance not getting it back in time for Saturday. And by the way, Press 4 Less, what a joke, the price they charged to press it was outrageous. I will never be going back there again. Make sure you ask their prices before leaving anything with them "less" should not be in their name.

I took in two shoes for stitching repair - a Minnetonka moccasin and a suede boot. I was told they would be ready in a week. Although I thought it a long time to do the repairs, I left them since it wasnt urgent. Today, when I was told they would be ready, I went to pick them up. I was told that the shoe wasnt ready yet, and the machine for repairing the boot was down and couldnt be fixed until the owner returned in February. I said to just give it back and Id take it elsewhere. When they gave me the boot, it was obvious that they had ripped open the seam beyond where it was originally loose, and in so doing, they had frayed the fabric so it will probably be impossible to repair. (Tough to see, but shown in the picture) They said the shoe would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I returned for it. The stitching covered only about half the area of the tear. I brought it to his attention, and he went back to do it again. This time, the complete tear was covered, but the stitches were so loose they could easily be pulled out by hand. After a total of four more tries, and still a very poor job, I became totally frustrated. I took my shoe and left - never to return.

They ruined one of my shirts and have yet (it has been two months) to resolve the issue. They keep paying me lip service saying they will take care of it but they dont. I spoke to the owner and he told me they are not responsible because you "...take a chance" when you use any dry cleaner. Seriously? Then why are you insured if nothing is your responsibility? The last set of shirts (four) I got back from them looked terrible. I had to touch them up at home to look make them look professional. Why pay you if I have to do it over again? Bad service, no resolution to customer issues and an attitude that, "The customer is never right" means I am going elsewhere.

(4/26/16) Place is now called "Pressed for Time". New owner I think. Customer service is good. Cleaning was done well but DO NOT take them repairs. 4/12/16 I took them 3 aprons and 2 pairs of pants. Took them 4 days. Apron repair came undone. The pocket of the pants I wanted fixed wasnt done and the button from the other pair wasnt fixed plus I had to come back 3 days later for the second pair because they didnt have a clip for the pants. I never thought to check if the repairs were done right. Didnt think I needed to but now I go to put on the pants and find I have no left pocket. $35.50 wasted it seems...

I have been using this cleaners for some time now. It was relatively close to my home. I have had a couple of major errors that are excusable (stuff happens) but the real clincher for me is that the staff that work there seem so unhappy, lost, confused, and seem to have had absolutely no interest in helping the customer. When I stop by or call I seem to be really "putting them out". If they did not have this attitude, I would probably have much more patience for the errors they make. Time to find another dry cleaner.

I brought in my husbands shoes they looked like they were ready for the trash. When I dropped them off i told them to just do they best they can because they were in really bad condition. When i picked them up i could not believe that they were the same pair of shoes i brought in. They looked as if they were a brand new pair. They will continue to be getting my business because ive never been more satisfied.

I took in a pair of redwing work boots to get new heels put on. Picked them up and got home the work is so bad I cant even wear them. If they didnt know what they where doing g they should have told me and I would have taken them somewhere else.
