Took in 9 shirts to get dry cleaned, I witnessed how the front person counted every shirt, I paid for the cost of cleaning of 9 shirts and have receipt showing the full count. At the time of pick, up they only returned 8. The man said it must of been a miscount and refused to accept the responsibility of a missing shirt. They only offered to refund for the cost of 1 laundered item $2.25 ....... Unacceptable, the cost of a shirt is much grater than the cost of the cleaning. Not coming back to take my cleaning there again.
